Unless you want them listening or looking into your room.
BATHROOM WINDOW DOESN"T LOCK... great for burglar access.

Do not even consider this apart-hotel as a place for accommodation. We arrived and were given keys to Room #102.
Firstly, the washing machine didn't work, and we were told to use the one in their office area.

WORST of all, the bed of our room had a large window directly behind our headboard. Behind it was their office area. Then to the right of the bed is a door with blinds that separates the room from the reception desk.

So if you want to listen to receptionist/concierge's conversations, hear them as they type on their keyboard, or find out each guest checking in as you try to sleep, then by all means, go for it.

I tried to sleep and just before midnight, I had enough. I spoke to the receptionist about his loud conversations. It quieted down for about an hour and then started up again.

We woke to guests checking in. I asked for a discount or partial refund and was told there was nothing they can do. I asked to speak to the manager or owner and was told they lived in another country. I then asked for the owner's email and was denied.

I advised them that their description should include the lack of privacy, so potential guests may make an informed choice.
