The rooms themselves are nice and the air-conditioning worked well even though it was almost 40°c while we were there. The breakfast was pretty decent and the lady running the place was friendly. The main intercity bus station is very close and the local busses to Ölündeniz and Fethiye leave from right out the front of the hotel.
The biggest drawback for the room is the noise. It is on a busy road and there is a lot of traffic at all times. I had to wear ear plugs every night in order to sleep.

Wow 👌 this hotel has the best location as it is right in front of the bus station, just a minute walk from it and Shatia is a wonderful host, super kind and helpful in all matters. She will make you feel home. We had an early bus so she got up and prepared breakfast for us. I mean I wouldn't do that but she did. Kudos to her hospitality. All the buses for different areas of fethiye you will get and even for different cities. Don't miss out on this hotel. 5 star, thank you Shatia!!

- close to the Otogar Fethiye - easy to go to Oludeniz and Erasta shopping center;
- the price is normal;

An ideal place if you are needing to use the bus station opposite the hotel. I stayed for just one night and it was a pleasant stay! The lady who checked us in, cleaned, and served us breakfast was a delight! The room itself was spacious, with a double bed and a single bed. Wifi was strong. Sadly the shower was on the lukewarm/cold side but that didn't bother me much for 1 night's stay. It took around 15 mins to walk to the town centre, so it's a very convenient location.

A reasonably priced hotel on the half way from the bus station to city centre. Buffet breakfast included. The choice for breakfast is pretty decent. The rooms are ok, pretty spacious. The first room I stayed in smelled of cigarettes, couldn't get rid of the smell even with the window left open for the whole day. Also the sound insulation is not very good. But for the price they charge the place is ok. The stuff didn't speak English but they used an online translator so communication was ok, they were very nice and helpful.

I choose to stay at this place everytime I come to fethiye because I think they have a pretty good price/performance ratio. the staff is friendly and rooms are always clean even though the facility might need some retouch.

You get what you pay for or not. The hotel has pros and cons.
Pros: Good location near the harbor. Cheap price for a hotel in this location. Provides breakfast - although average. The old lady in the reception was very kind and let us wait at reception after check out. Manager was friendlly to the kids.
Cons: Rooms were very small. I booked a 4 bed room and they basically lined 3 beds and a futon (not sleepable) , leaving no space for walking. They control air conditioning in the room and will turn it off once you leave the room. I specifically asked to keep it on since I had medicine to be left in cold condition with my ice packs. But they turned it off. The manager did not return calls before my hotel arrival as I needed to confirm fridge in my room. And of course there wasnt any fridge in room when I arrived. Room's condition was not good - need an upgrade.
