The location of the hotel is quite nice, it has a beach with its own sun loungers in front, there is a pool, the apartment is quite large and useful, everything you may need is available, it was very clean, we were very pleased as a family, I recommend it to everyone, I especially thank the friends at the reception, they took our transactions without making us wait and directed us to our room.

I liked everything. The location, the proximity to the sea, the responsiveness of the administration. I would like more attention to cleaning the rooms.

The resort is so perfect we booked for next year! We booked with Aqua lettings (Murat) Everything was as promised. Rooms clean and spacious and everything you need is in the villa. Murat upgraded us to a 5 bedroom villa from a 4 bedroom which was a nice touch as there were 4 adults and 3 children. Everything is on your doorstep, Cali's, Fethyie and Dalaman airport is only 35 minutes away. The dolmus stops just outside and is 60p into Cali's where there's a massive Megros for all your shopping needs. A visit to the pool bar is a must! The Lady behind the bar (Hulia) is amazing, she is so friendly and helpful and welcome you with a smile after a long day on the private beach. Thank you so much Hulia. We have booked for may next year but just my wife and I this time. Enjoy your stay.

This is our second time on holiday in this apartment complex. The location is attractive - right by the sea, on the Calis beach, away from the center of Fethiye, the best place for a quiet, relaxing holiday away from the crowd of tourists. The apartments are available in different sizes - from one to four bedrooms, ours were one-bedroom, on the ground floor, with a veranda and access to the pool. Compared to 2020, of course, the furniture looks more worn out, but not critically, everything works, the washing machine and dishwasher work, the draft in the stove is good.
We are not fans of all-inclusive, so we cooked ourselves. We drove to Ramstore by car and bought groceries there. The assortment of Ramstore, in principle, allows you to cook quickly and efficiently, and, in principle, we went to restaurants only a couple of times, to eat fish and grilled seafood.
The beach is public (there are no private beaches in Turkey), the sun loungers on it belong to the hotels. We went to the sea in the morning, at 9-10 o'clock, there were always enough free places. After 12 o'clock the wind starts blowing from the sea, cold as in autumn, so we moved to the pool.
Next to the hotel is a taxi stand, the final station of dolmushes, which take you to the center of Fethiye, in the hotel itself you can rent a car (50 euros per day), book excursions, do a lot more, including buying real estate.
Well, to summarize what has been said - a good place for a quiet holiday for families with children, couples who love privacy, everyone who is tired of the bustle of big cities.
