Yeniceri City Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Yeniceri City Hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel as if I were at home. The hotel itself was spotless, and my room was meticulously clean and well-maintained.

The breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of healthy and delicious options to start the day. The staff also went out of their way to assist me planning my next trip, and finding a public transportation. They helped me book tours, showcasing their commitment to outstanding service.

The true testament to their exceptional service came after I had already left the hotel and travelled to Kas. I realized I had forgotten some of my clothes in the closet. I called the hotel, and they immediately offered to mail my clothes to my current location. This level of service went above and beyond my expectations, and I am incredibly grateful for their help.

Overall, the Yeniceri City Hotel provides a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional customer service. I look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fathiye.

Great location with easy walking distance to many amenities , promenade, boats , shops and restaurants. If you choose seaview room you'll get a balcony with views across Fethiye bay. Good clean rooms with quiet air conditioning. Good choice of buffet breakfast in pleasant ground floor room.

Still good quality and value, after the 5 years we have used 2 or more times a year.

I had a great stay at Yeniceri City Hotel. The location was convenient, right by the harbor, Dolmus stop and old town. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was very good also. I’d recommend staying on the back where it would be more quiet and you’d have a view of harbor.

This was the second time that I choose to stay at Yeniçeri City Hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, kind and helpful staff (thank you all), location is ideal as it is close to city centre, port etc. I will definitely recommend Yeniçeri City Hotel and I will choose it again when in Fethiye.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Manager went out and beyond to find and get my bag that I had lost in the Otogart. Reception staff in general extremely helpful and friendly. Room clean with a big balcony facing the seaside. Hotel switches AC on unlike some 5* hotels I’ve stayed at. Location is close to the old town where you can find everything within walking distance. Bus to Oludeniz is only 5 minutes walk

It was a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Excellent location. Very clean and above all very nice helpful staff. All the staff manager, receptionists, kitchen and cleaning staff. Sorry I cannot recall all the staff names because I am not good at names. But two I cannot forget, Ramazan the manager and sober the good helpful friend. My wife and myself apology from those names I forgot. Hope to see you again.

Hotel was located at a good spot close to the seaside and restaurants/shops. Room was fine but requires some minor repairs i.e. spot light in the bathroom needs to be fixed. The entrance door of the room requires repair as it creates noise when closing (doors of some other rooms at the floor had the same issue).
Breakfast was sufficient for a good start to the day.

Rooms was nice and clean room service comfortable beds. Good location were bazaar and stores are nearby the hotels. Overall, I would really stay there again in future
