Perfectly renovated and clean , the staff is very welcoming and attentive, even if not fluent in English. An oasis of comfort surrounded by the earthquake damages.

Nice old place, renovated, relatively good price. Location is perfect, right in the middle of the city.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, good knowledge of arabic and english aside from Turkish.

The breakfast was awful.. it is so insulting to put samples of food in plates and consider it breakfast … they didn’t even offer bread or eggs … the tea is something u ask for .. the breakfast comes as dishes containing 2 cherry tomatoes grape size bite of everything ( small ball grape size cheese and small ball of cream) no honey no nothing , there is one leaf of lettuce in the plate .. failed…

So far really like it, even though some journalists seemed to be torqed by some miscommunication with the lobby crew.
Everybody we've met has been very nice and helpful, clean rooms and walking distance to the suq, and our friends.

The room was so narrow and might make you feel a little bit claustrophobic. Cleaning and other services such as breakfast were good, and the room and the bathroom were very new and modern. Location is great, you can walk to most of the places you want to see.
