cons: - rather old renovation, - smoky room, - windows do not block noise from the street well, so it’s hard to sleep at night, someone is constantly driving. Pros: - clean bathroom and bed, - standard breakfast, - private parking, friendly staff. I would say the hotel was good 10-20 years ago. I think 80 euros per day is a lot for a room. But it’s completely normal to spend the night there

2 night stay for 3 people. The staff was very friendly even found someone that speaks albanian language, it felt very welcoming. Breakfast was included and was tasty. Room was clean but the carpet needs to be changed.

I give 5 stars for the comfort in the room. It is very large, clean, useful, the bed is very comfortable, water, tea, coffee, towels - everything is in place. I give low marks for the ease and uselessness of the hotel entrance and lack of directions for parking. Additionally, I have never seen a hotel that has taken such strict measures to combat coronavirus. So congratulations to you.

Extremely clean rooms, everything is brand new however, what strikes you the most is how amazing the customer service is at this hotel. The staff and especially the owner makes you feel home! I will definitely stay here if I go to Inegol.

A really fancy hotel with modern amenities. Rooms are what you would expect in a 4 star hotel and the new wing looks brand new. The spa is very good with excellent facilities. Steam rooms, sauna, cold showers, resting areas. The gym has amazing views curtosey of huge glass windows. It has a very big swimming pool and a small kids pool. The pool is dated and some of the handles and railings are rusted...

The staff are very pleasant and helpful especially Nayla,Elif,Gülten and Darya at reception. The food can be a bit mediocre and in small portions when you stay for a long period.(11 weeks,8 men) This is my third stay here and I have noticed a lot of changes....and not all for the better.

We went to see the place.. it is so calm and great for family and couples. Their Turkish coffee is the best in Turkey, i wish i knew what brand they used.

Very nice lake in the middle of nature,there is a restaurant near the lake not the best but it will do. There are some activities but i would not recommend anything except the boar ride everything else is very expensive.

Overall a great hotel. Dining staff had great service and paid good attention to our requests. Service technician, however had poor service standard. Our room had a window with a bad seal, requested for a technician to look into it, waited for 1 hour and nobody came. We went for dinner and nobody come to service even at night. We wanted to ski but as we have a baby it's difficult thankfully there is a baby sitter. It was very nice and safe to leave our 4 month old baby with Yonca . She is lovely and knows how to calm the baby and take care of his needs. Best place to stay in Uludağ if you go for skiing. We stayed at the standard room and even it was big, new and clean. Very easy access to skiing paths. It is an okay hotel. The room I stayed in had a mold smell but it wasn't extreme. Also the room was cold and there was no thermometer or ac to control the temperature. The food was good though.

Service is as you may expect. However it's impossible to book a room without full board. The best place to stay if you don't want to go out and just want to enjoy the kitchen. If you want to go out than there are other great opportunities to stay also.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, food was plentiful and delicious and the kind staff couldn't do enough for us to make us feel at home. It is in the perfect location to access ski hire, lessons and the lifts. I would definitely return to this hotel next time I visit Uludağ.

Great location with its own ski lift. The staff were friendly, attentive and super helpful. On first appearances the hotel seems outdated but the dining room and bedrooms were warm, cosy and recently refurbished. The food was fresh and tasty. We will definitely recommend to friends.

The room was lovely and we got a good view of the slope. The bed was very comfortable and pillows were perfect firmness. It was full board and we were fed very well for the 3 days we were here. The staff were attentive. Thank u dicle you are so kind
