I think it more than meets all the requirements that one can ask from a hotel. The food was quite good and varied, but the dessert buffet was legendary. The rooms were clean and adequate, I can't say top notch, but it wasn't inconvenient. Let's go to the service; I haven't seen the hotel manager, but I can't explain how all the hotel staff can be so friendly and polite. It must be down to the senior manager. The best part of the hotel is the location of the ski room and the lobby. The lobby is different from the reception at the entrance, it is so beautifully integrated with the slopes and the main attractions of Uludag that you can have a nice time in good or bad weather. The restaurant and the lobby have been renovated. It is better. The hotel staff is very friendly, always trying to help. The boss in the lobby constantly asks about your memory. In the restaurant, the chef takes care of you directly. He talks about food and his jokes are good. The food in the hotel is good. They have a large selection of delicious dishes. In the evenings, there is live music. The soloist has a good voice, a wide repertoire. Access to the ski room and the slopes is very easy and fast. The staff in the ski room are also friendly and respectful. In good weather, the stoves burning in the snow outside and the music are a pleasure. I like it. 2. I would come again to stay in this area.

Really bad service from the marketing supervisor we had an emergency health issue with our family we asked for an cancellation for the remaining day first of all they told me that you have to take the approval from booking.com I got it and booking.com contacted them about that the refund and keep giving me excuses and then the supervisor told me I will call the manager and then she came and told me in a rude way (impossible). This situation is unacceptable and I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Baia Hotel in Uludag, from the Valais team to the housekeeping staff, as well as the restaurant team, for their professionalism and kindness. A special mention goes to Mr. Ozkan, whose warm welcome, constant availability, and attentiveness greatly contributed to making our stay unforgettable.
Despite the bad weather that prevented us from skiing as planned, we spent two wonderful nights as a family. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, making the time fly by.
This pleasant experience has won us over, and we are eager to come back again very soon. Thank you once again to the entire team for such a warm welcome, and especially to Mr. Ozkan, whose assistance from our arrival to our departure was exemplary.

Our stay was very unpleasant because of the treatment of the marketing supervisor which didn’t allow us a refund on our final day when we had an emergency. This is very unacceptable and unprofessional way to treat guests so I will not come to this hotel again to ski neither do I recommend anyone to.

We stayed in this beautiful and quiet hotel on December 31, 2023...and we enjoyed the New Year 2024 celebrations very much...it was a very, very wonderful party...and special...the services on this night by the hotel staff were wonderful and their treatment was very classy...so were the reception staff. They were always smiling and smiling. There was a wonderful employee who served us a lot. She spoke fluent English. It was 3 very wonderful nights in which we enjoyed a lot, especially in the massage department for us and the family. Thank you, wonderful people, for everything you gave us.

The location was great with a fantastic view. There are many facilities inside including hairdresser, spa/swimming pool, ski rental room, restaurants, games rooms etc. There is also live music in evenings. The buffet food was good as well and staff were very helpful with gluten free food as partner is a coeliac.
Asena, the guest relations manager was extremely helpful when we had a small problem with our room and resulted it straight away by changing our room for us which we were grateful for.
The staff overall were very polite and nice.
We had a massage and Turkish bath in the sauna, the masseuses were fantastic and extremely helpful. Best massage we have ever had in any hotel.
The only thing that stood out for us, was the the ski rental room trying to pressure us for more skiing lessons and it felt like they were trying to make more money. They didn’t tell us where we could get ski passes from until we took another lesson. This information should be more easily accessible for future customers. However I don’t think this is a reflection of the hotel as a whole as we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Service technician, however had poor service standard. Our room had a window with a bad seal, requested for a technician to look into it, waited for 1 hour and nobody came. We went for dinner and nobody come to service even at night. We slept with the wind howling through the gap in the window.
Somewhere in the room had a short circuit in the middle of the night. Asked for someone to fix the electricity at 8am but nobody came to fix by the time we check out at 1pm.

Everything from the rooms, bathrooms and furniture feels extremely old, some good examples would be the shower knob, which constantly malfunctions, mini fridge, which does not work, and the safe, which also doesn't work.
Food was okay-ish? Staff was unhelpful and in general really disrespectful and generally not intrested. Aside from the room cleaning crew, that is. They were great.
Spa was great but turns out they are outsourced and not a part of the hotel.
This might be the worst hotel you can go to at this price range.

We had briliant time there, good quality in the pist, food in a good diversity even for vegeterians and the open cafe is very nice place with a good view. I want to go there again
