Consists of two 4-storey buildings.
The hotel has 186 rooms.

We stayed in this beautiful and quiet hotel on December 31, 2023...and we enjoyed the New Year 2024 celebrations very much...it was a very, very wonderful party...and special...the services on this night by the hotel staff were wonderful and their treatment was very classy...so were the reception staff. They were always smiling and smiling. There was a wonderful employee who served us a lot. She spoke fluent English. It was 3 very wonderful nights in which we enjoyed a lot, especially in the massage department for us and the family. Thank you, wonderful people, for everything you gave us.

The location was great with a fantastic view. There are many facilities inside including hairdresser, spa/swimming pool, ski rental room, restaurants, games rooms etc. There is also live music in evenings. The buffet food was good as well and staff were very helpful with gluten free food as partner is a coeliac.
Asena, the guest relations manager was extremely helpful when we had a small problem with our room and resulted it straight away by changing our room for us which we were grateful for.
The staff overall were very polite and nice.
We had a massage and Turkish bath in the sauna, the masseuses were fantastic and extremely helpful. Best massage we have ever had in any hotel.
The only thing that stood out for us, was the the ski rental room trying to pressure us for more skiing lessons and it felt like they were trying to make more money. They didn’t tell us where we could get ski passes from until we took another lesson. This information should be more easily accessible for future customers. However I don’t think this is a reflection of the hotel as a whole as we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Service technician, however had poor service standard. Our room had a window with a bad seal, requested for a technician to look into it, waited for 1 hour and nobody came. We went for dinner and nobody come to service even at night. We slept with the wind howling through the gap in the window.
Somewhere in the room had a short circuit in the middle of the night. Asked for someone to fix the electricity at 8am but nobody came to fix by the time we check out at 1pm.

Everything from the rooms, bathrooms and furniture feels extremely old, some good examples would be the shower knob, which constantly malfunctions, mini fridge, which does not work, and the safe, which also doesn't work.
Food was okay-ish? Staff was unhelpful and in general really disrespectful and generally not intrested. Aside from the room cleaning crew, that is. They were great.
Spa was great but turns out they are outsourced and not a part of the hotel.
This might be the worst hotel you can go to at this price range.

We had briliant time there, good quality in the pist, food in a good diversity even for vegeterians and the open cafe is very nice place with a good view. I want to go there again

Cannot compare nearby 3 similar properties but can mention that certain aspects were uncomfortable.
The quality of mattresses was poor causing back pain.
The windows either can be opened completely or locked, there is no way to regulate some fresh air circulation or manage room temperature to cooler. It usually ends up being either too warm and stuffy, or very cold (unless one hires someone to keep holding the window to varying degrees while you sleep) A 5 dollar window stay would be a much cheaper solution ;-)
Currency conversion in Turkey is arbitrary and the hotel can give you terrible rates even if they are charging you a lot for the stay. Even inside the airport terminal, the rates varied from 9.2 to a USD to 11 just a few meters away.
Credit card payment can incur upto 18 percent charge! The best way would be to calculate all expenses and payments and bring Turkish Lira from a large exchange in Istanbul.
Now for the good part:
Overall skiing experience was good. Instructors are very good.
Food was above average with a lot of variety. Service staff is excellent and prompt.
View from the rooms are amazing.

The nicest hotel at Uludag ski resort. Feels cozy like a small mountain shack, yet you have all the amenities of a full fledged 5-star hotel ⭐️
I have to mention the Raclette restaurant inside the hotel - it is an excellent choice for a wonderful dinner arrangement. With it’s polite and incredibly helpful crew, it is a must-visit. You can reserve for a wonderful dinner at night. If the time is right, you will also get to enjoy the wonderful view from the restaurant 😉

My best Uludag experience so far. Staff was so kind and helpful, rooms were so clean. Open buffet was amazing. Live music was nice. We even tried bali massage and it was perfect. We had a great 3 day ski trip, def gonna come back!
