The bed in our room was very dirty. It was not hygienically safe to sleep there. We reported this immediately. Then we were given a different type of room. They mentioned that there might be an additional charge for this room. We stated that we would not pay this because they did not have a clean room ready for us. The second room had a reasonably clean bed, but the duvet cover was a bit short. There was mold in the bathroom. At checkout, we were told that we had to pay 90 euros because we had received a different room. This is outrageous. In the tourism industry, it is customary for a replacement room to be provided free of charge in case of shortcomings. The owner was aggressive towards us and followed us to the car, shouting. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Nice family run hotel, good relaxed vibe. The breakfast is serviced on the top floor, with a stunning view. Nice pool and bar. It's close to town, but it's peaceful. Great for people that like the quiet and the the same time have access to the party life in town.

Amazing family run business, the service is excellent and the pool and apartment is clean and spacious. Very sociable if you like to meet for drinks with other guests at the bar. We have planned a return trip already. Just a short walk to town, 5-10 minutes. Breakfast is simple but plentiful, the coffee is really good! Great value for money too.

Amazing family run hotel, villa, apartments and studio. Great value for money and the bar shuts when you want it to! Being family run, the emphasis is on you having a great time. The food is excellent and the theme nights are fantastic!

5 minute walk into town. Staff very helpful. 2 pools, one in main hotel and one in studio apartments. Highly recommended.

I’d booked the hotel by booking and I don’t understand the google stars, because it is a very good hotel, clean and with a great breakfast. I loved this place, is near of everything the unique problem was the Wi-Fi but the entire was very good.

Called the reception half an hour in advance, confirmed room is available and price (150tl). Upon arrival I was met by drunk property owner who suddenly requested 200tl..

We were here in summer 2016, everything was good, apartment was very comfortable. But hotel is on high and it was difficult to back to the hotel. Staff is very friendly. We like this place

A small hotel but much bigger than it looks from the front. Has standard rooms, apartments and even villas.
This family run hotel is the perfect base for a stay in Kalkan.
The hosts are very helpful and are happy to have a casual chat if not too busy. They go the extra yard .
Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. As we spend very little time in the room this is fine. All the usual amenities are included; small fridge, TV, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo, etc.
Stunning views from the breakfast terrace onto the bay. Turkish style breakfast was excellent. There's a snack and full menu. We tried s few meals and they were very nice. Many prices were below those charged in the bars and restaurants in the town.
The location of the Kelabek hotel (Butterfly hotel) is ideal. Just a short walk downhill to bars, restaurants and the harbour area. Going back a taxi was about 15 to 20 lira from the harbour.
It's also only a five minute walk from the bus station.

Room was clean and spacious but management not especially helpful. Insisted we pay before having even looked at the room and when we asked for a slightly earlier breakfast due to an early departure they refused. In any case the breakfast was to a much lower standard than we had in other hotels of the same price range, although it is served on a nice terrace. We also noticed the sign about only having drinks and food from the hotel. Overall a bit offputting. No lifts.
