Very low hygiene, rooms without ventilation

Owners are a couple. The man is very kind and service minded but the lady in reception was not willing to work or help.
The sheets had stains, stained like blood. when I personally went and kindly said so, the husband wanted to change them immediately but the wife sat smoking her cigarette and gave an excuse. She thought it was the fault of previous customers that stains do not go away in the wash. Although other good hotels throw sheets that don't get clean.

There was a guy who served breakfast. When he couldn't open the lid of the water bottle, he used his dirty T-shirt to get hold of. The table was dirty and when he was going to wipe it he brought a dish cloth that smelled rotten. Later it turned out that he is the one who cleans the rooms. Then you understand the level of hygiene. Room lacks ventilation and gets damp and smells bad from the bathroom when you close the window/door. We had to sleep by opened door (entrance via garden) to be able to breathe. They had promised an upgrade several times so we stayed but in the morning they lied that there were no other rooms.
We checked out after breakfast.

Very very low hygiene and service.

We must say that the husband was very kind. He really tries but they have not the knowledge to run a hotel and very bad employees.
