Villa Kas Bohemian is incredibly pleasant, peaceful and very modern. 4 families came and we had super fun. We never had any trouble. Villa operator Ms. Merve is a wonderful person and solution oriented. I strongly recommend to those who come to Kas on vacation.

Stunning view over the bay of kas. Rooms are very clean, perfectly equipped and cleaned every day. Breakfast is to die for and is served on a raised terrace overlooking the sea. The city center or port of Kas can also be reached on foot in 30 minutes or by bus (1x per hour) or by taxi (70 TL).

A small paradise on earth, an oasis of peace. Everything was perfect, starting with the communication with the manager, the place, the cleanliness, the breakfasts and above all the breathtaking view, the silence and a small deserted beach! We will surely come back. Thank you for everything Levent!

Nice place, but far from the beach.

Nice villas, especially if you want to come here for the weekend. But Utite, there is no beach on this part of the peninsula, you need to enter the water by a ladder.

Run by the family, they are experts in the local area including running the most incredible day boat trip which you have to do. This Airbnb itself is part of their Villa Dundar complex (use that for your GPS) - about 5 holiday lets situated around the common outdoor/pool area with the most stunning view of the ocean. The host (Britta) and her husband were extremely sweet and accomodating. The photos of this place don't do justice to the beauty it has to offer. I would definitely want to come here once again.

Amazing place. It's got 6 rooms / bungalows in total. Got an amazing pool (continuous water circulation), great view and amazing common area too. We stayed in a simple room, but the apartment and bungalow are bigger in size and better in views. Would recommend to go for it especially if you have a car. Lots of plants in the property. Also, the owner was super helpful.
