09/21 Fairly standard 'pansiyon' stay. Was told to wait 2 minutes before the shower gets warm. 2 minutes passed, the water is still not warm. 5 minutes passed and the water is hot. Everything is what you would expect for the price you pay but I'll give 4 stars since to be fair it's one of the cheapest pansiyons in the area.

Great location in the centre of Kas! Terrace with a wonderful view and delicious breakfast with homemade jam and cake! Modest but clean room. And the price is lower than in other places in this town. Thank you)

The owners were very kind and flexible with our needs. We liked that the hotel had a sea view but wasn’t too far away from the town of Kas (30 minute walk or 5 minute drive) Everything was clean and the Turkish breakfast was really good.

We have stayed here overnight and arriving late at night we’re concerned a bit that the reality could be worse than pics in resources. The truth is that we were pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of staff, nice interior in rooms proposed and the stunning beauty of the morning view from the spot. 7 of us stayed here for 5 nights. We had awesome breakfast everyday. The hosts are lovely and very welcoming. Location is great for a few beautiful pebbles bays (beaches) and it is only 8 mins drive to the town centre (2.5km to town centre). The rooms are clean and big. Big up AYDIN. We stayed in a villa a few mins walk away from this camping site. We saw a seated eating area and asked if we could have breakfast the following morning. Gaye was very helpful and welcoming, we ended up having breakfast and dinner there a few times and the food was gorgeous with a home cooked feel. Pre-arrangement is needed for dinner, and is very reasonably priced. Thanks for everything Gaye!

We loved it here. It is a small, even family camp, we would say, and it is somehow "hidden", so not in the middle of actions. Which is what we liked. It's not a "party" camping, so if you like silence, it's for you. Owner(ness) is kind and speaks English, always cares and stays calm. She likes animals and you will encounter small chicken and cats... it's nice. The location for tents are under the shadow...

Absolutely wonderful people. Family business. The breakfast is nice. It is very close to the bazaar, in a position that can be considered flat feet. The rooms are newly renovated, we were very satisfied with the bathroom, air conditioner, TV and bed. The communal terrace has a magnificent sea view.

I've read some previous bad reviews but I must say this place exceeded my expectations. It's quite cheap, well located, the rooms have balconies (I don't know if all of them, but I can see that most have). There is a terrace upstairs with a lovely view and the staff is very friendly. I think the hotel has been renovated recently and the decoration is very nice. Would definitely come back. :)

The most economical accommodation facility you can stay in the center of Kas... But don't expect a TV.

We love our stay here. The hotel is by far the best we stay in Turkey. Facility were quite new with clean environment and nice decoration. It’s bit far from the town which is good as it’s quiet. If you rent a car it’s not a problem to get here. Staff in the restaurant can’t speak too much English. Recommend to use google translation.

Best Hotel&Bungalow place in Kas, if you look rest and peace places, that would be great choice. Hotel owner and staff are super friendly and helpful. Bungalows very clean and good looking.

We stayed there for 3 nights and it was really okay. Mr Deniz and his wife Mrs Meryem were very welcoming. I felt very comfortable, clean room and good air conditioning. And the breakfast, of course. :) Looking forward to going to Kaş again and staying at this place.

Very good experience staying there! The hosts are super nice, helpful and friendly. Everything is clean and functional. The location is very close to the city center but also quiet and removed from the noisy traffic. The roof terrace gives you the nest view over the city and is a good place to spend some time. Can't get better value for the money!

Great value. We looked at 3 similar places, this one sits slightly higher on a small ridge, and feels more open than the others. Yet, it’s still close to the water. Real Turkish breakfast included, with fresh, healthy vegetables. Recommended!

We spent 2 nights at Santosa - the room was quiet and comfortable but toilet/shower little cramped. Lovely city and mountain views. The owner and family were very hospitable, offering a big breakfast from the patio in warm sunshine. The pension is easy walking distance to the main square and seafront restaurants. You can walk down the road or down stairs at the “back” of the building as a shorter route...

Overall an odd hostel experience. The layout is incredible and enjoyable. A staircase brings you from top to bottom with little areas to sit and socialize all over. Beyond that it’s a bit strange.
