The room was OK! The room with sea view is fantastic. You can sit down for hours and watch the view at your balcony. Beach bar is very nice and staff very friendly (both day and night shift). Bathroom is not functional and very small. The door was about to fall down, no hooks to hang towels.

Great location. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Went down to Pebble beach during the afternoon for a swim and stayed till close past midnight. I can highly recommend this place

We are beyond happy for choosing Payam hotel for our week stay in Kas. The location is amazing. It's only 10 min walk from olo town, but it's in a quiet cul-de-sac (photos don't do it justice!), so it felt very private and peaceful. I stayed in a terrible room, but I can't say that I had a lot of trouble because I was already tired, the view you see when you wake up in the morning and have breakfast on the terrace will make you forget everything.

Absolute stunning hotel. Me and my wife have been to many hotels. Butt this one is the definition of a hidden gem. The food is very good, the service is always with a smile. And the view is just amazing. The only advise i can give to the hotel is try to improve the little things like a little paintwork etc. If they do that it would be perfect. It's a bit annoying when you want to go to your room from the beach as you have to climb a steepy slop but in general the staff were friendly and the food was good. Rooms are clean but needs a renovation specially the ceiling.

The location is almost perfect. I still dream about the sea and the mountains we have access during our stay. The thing that probably will make me re-think coming here is the attitude of the front office. Food was also mediocre.

I like it. We stayed for 2 weeks in a big panorama view room with an extra bed. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is really good, especially the pancakes! I would recommend. Very nice!

It doesn’t get any better for accommodations in Kaş. This is a well run, fantastic establishment. The attendants from the front desk to the ladies & gentleman who work in the buffet style breakfast/dinner take care of you with a genuine smile. I didn’t stay at this hotel but saw its crazy poisonous blue banner that totally destroys very beautiful mountain view. Just look at the photo that I attached from the balcony against it. This is the only one place that destroys the Kas style. I hope that administration will do something with it.

Burak served us during our stay. He was extremely friendly and attentive the entire time. He made the stay very pleasant. The views were amazing. The facilities were clean and modern. The breakfast was amazing with many jams and fresh vegetables and fruits. Will visit again if we return.

The hotel overlooks a wonderful view, the only issue I had was the restaurant can only serve burgers after morning breakfast nothing else, You need to go to the city center (almost 5 km) to find food. also hygiene is good but needs to be more efficient.
