Marin Hotel

First of all,PRO'S: cute,liitle villge Beldibi,small hotel,calm environment, a lot of greenery around, fruit trees, has it's own beach and free sunbeds, never crowded and clean pool area. Sea is 10 min walk from hotel. Early check in and late check out is available. A lot of good mood gives personnel who works there-starting from ladies who cleans, finishing with administration and bar. Special thanks for administrator Seyit,who tries to fix all the problems as much and as good as he can.
CON'S: hotel is old and worn. All the rooms has old furniture, squeeky beds, clogged shower,no minibar. Problem with towels,some of guests didn't received any. Family rooms are better than 2+1,but still very old. Big lack of tidyness and aesthetics. Linen is old and worn, clean,but with stains that do not wash out, towels too. You get only hot or cold water,nothing in between, so you burn yourself or freeze. It is not a 3 star hotel,compared to EU standarts. There are cocroaches in main area and one of the blocks. I know Turkish cuisine is very nice,but not in this hotel(sometimes they do more effort and has some nice dishes,but rarely). Breakfast is very weak. Lunch and dinner better,but always repeated. Some dishes which hasn't been eaten on lunch,is served cold on dinner. Only vine, fake fanta/cola/sprite and fake juice available at the bar with AI. AI bar works 10:30-20:30, before/after that everything is paid. You can stay at the pool only till 6 pm,after that they prepare area for dinner. Also, negative ambience gives the owner of the hotel,who is always somewhere there watching everyone, not only his personnel,but also clients. He always there,on breakfast,on lunch,dinner,during the day next to the pool. Feels like he is counting how much coffee (available only on breakfast) you drank or how much you ate.
In total,our holidays would be ruined if there wouldn't have been administrator Seyit, who works wonders and gives you the best service. Thank You a lot for Your effort to make our stay as better as it could have been.

The cruelest hotel we have ever visited!!! At the beginning the employee could speak English at the end when we checked out he could no longer speak... this after less than 24 hours!!!

We left this hotel after less than 24 hours. The bottom line is that there are holidaymakers with children there at all is incomprehensible!!!!!

The cats on the street are doing better... I can only advise everyone not to book this hotel!!!

Before the trip, we carefully chose the hotel in terms of price-quality ratio. Before that, I had never been to a 3 * hotel in Turkey, as a rule, 5 or 4 *. According to reviews, a good hotel. But!!!!!! Housekeeping is disgusting !!!! More precisely, it simply wasn’t there (the towels were changed in the locker on the floor), although I’m not even sure about the cleanliness of these towels! On the fourth day, they just asked the reception if there was any cleaning at the hotel, in principle, fortunately, they called the cleaning lady, who folded the towels, both clean and dirty, kindly putting them on the bed)))). Toilet paper was not added, at the same time)). The room itself is far from being repaired (shower, cracked glass, cracked doors and other not very pleasant things). Food in a restaurant is a separate topic. Constantly cold "hot" dishes, zero choice, there was no salt or pepper in the dishes. There was no variety, and the chicken was not edible. I even named the menu of the hotel restaurant PP - for those who want to lose weight. According to reviews - you will never go hungry !!! But for a week of staying there, I felt like I was in a hospital for people who have severe problems with the gastrointestinal tract. The waiters are polite, but they don't reach the rank of professionals 8 out of 10))). In general, I don’t know who could rate the hotel that everything is fine, but I disagree with such assessments. At least I've been to Turkey many times, and in other countries too, and I have something to compare with. I do not recommend the hotel, even in spite of the difficult global situation related to the pandemic.
