very nice very happy PLACE THEY only speak turkish and russian This is a problem if you are italian It would be enough if someone spoke English The sea is wonderful A lot of restaurant, bar, bakery and foood 24/7 I hope to come back every year

Family 4 of us, me, wife, and 2 kids 3 and 5 years old 1 week including flights, transportation, family double floor room with excellent view, 2 bathrooms 3500$ via touristic company. We just booked 1 week earlier

Rooms require renovation, but the condition is still satisfactory. All other signs: food, entertainment, and location are excellent. Swimming pools clean and tidy

Lovely hotel, beautiful, well-groomed territory. Delicious food, for every taste. We stayed when the hotel was full, but it was very spacious and comfortable. There were always free tables, sunbeds, etc

For the first 2 days there was a little bit rain but in all for a 7 days stay the weather was good. You have beach bar and also snack bar that right at the beach. The food was really good and delicious

May not have spoken English at all but she was super sweet and tried her best talking in sign language. Always everything is left tidy and lovely. She also let us re-use the towels for ecology

Very good hotel, clean rooms, very good food also for kids and good drinks. Services on top quality, many additional animation for kids. Big swimming pools and private beach was really impressive

Bars and many attractions for adults open to the latest hours. They have special app for visitors that inform about time spending possibilities. WiFi signal in all area even on a beach

We were there for 7 days and didn’t have time to see everything! The food is very tasty and varied. The animation is at a good level. Very nice Tahir, always helpful and very positive. I recommend visiting this hotel!

Excellent hotel with good facilities. The family rooms are brilliant with two separate rooms and bathrooms meaning the children can be with you yet have their own privacy. The staff couldn’t do enough for you

- People left their towels on the sunbeds for couple of hours. There is no restriction and/or rule made by the hotel management. Then it's difficult to find free sunbed

The territory is clean, well-maintained and the hotel team is really working hard to keep it in a good state. The beach area is also very clean and well-served. The restaurant services tasty food which is rarely the same

It is a fine resort. Crew is perfect. the only things that doesnt match my expectations are low quality sand near beach and children pool's fountains that literally drill in the head

Such a huge and beautiful green area, amazing sea with all needed facilities and many sun beds, big main pool , amazing entertainment during the day : aqua aerobics, stretching, archery, darts, competitions etc

Nothing below olur expectancy from a 5star hotel. It was very clean, the staff was fast and really careful and the food was good. It is an ideal place if you want to have a calm vacation in a peaceful place

We were at the end of June and at this time there were plenty of sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool. Pebble beach, I recommend water shoes

Although there are jetties that take you directly to the sea, it was better with shoes. The beach is clean, well maintained, well shaded. The food was varied and very tasty. Most of the staff are nice and smiling

We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms and a balcony. The room is very nicely furnished and very spacious. Modern air conditioning with perfect settings. The room was cleaned and the fridge replenished daily

A chic and well-groomed territory, there is a place where you can relax in silence and places for three dots where you can have fun. Alcohol lovers will also like it here, good imported alcohol

At first we had a problem with slow Wi-fi, but it was solved by restarting my phone. Our vacation was good, we enjoyed especially good food and a nice warm sea.

We were in the Kemer area for the second time because we were captivated by the local mountains. The entire resort is located in a large well-maintained garden full of mature trees, so there is plenty of shade everywhere

This Hotel also has a very beautiful territory with a nice beach and a big pool. The rooms are big and very clean. I really enjoyed being in this hotel and I absolutely recommend this hotel for family’s with children

The overall experience was amazing! All-inclusive food and drinks are in huge variety, beautiful and clean beach with constant service and convinient lodging. Comfortable rooms with mini bar, WiFi, TV and AC

Very beautiful stone beach, clean water and well designed facilities for bady cars and kids. Very supportive hotel staff, thank you very much. Massage (additional cost) was the best massage I ever had

The people that work at the mini club are very nice to the children and do a lots of activities with the children. Every evening there is another interesting show to watch and there are always interesting

The girls Doğa, Özlem and Yulia do there job with a lot of passion and there are always very motivated. The kids animation is also very very good

Great accomodations - nice views, calm atmosphere, everywhere is clean and it's nice for a relaxing holiday as there are not many noices. The beach is beautiful - location is good,water is nice and really crystal clean

Sometimes you have to wait to order on the beach bar and they are not informing about the closing hours hence several times we wanted to order food but it was already closed

The staff makes efforts to address inconveniences such as check-in, service, and power outages, though timely resolutions aren't always guaranteed. The hotel features a nice but stoney beach

Fruit variety is limited but I mostly eat watermelon anyways. Service: This area is a mixed. For cocktails the bartenders are nice and they are friendly

The hotel should do something with the reception staff - passive agressive most of the time, grey haired man with a ponytail would not bother to look up at me when I approached him and talked to me while doing other things, but the worst part is that upon arrival we were given a room with a huge AC motor attached outside directly over the head of the beds (this was done after we asked for a quiet room...

Beach and pool nearly next to each other which is a big plus

Beach is small stones (as described) but therefore very clear water and snorkeling under the peer is great ;) special thanks to the fitness trainers to keep us parents in shape :)

Great family vacation week end of May, smaller hotel that still has all amenities and services we needed - super clean, good food, good drinks and gentle but very nice animation. The evening shows were great too

Outstanding proper 5 star hotel, with the most amazing staff and management team I have ever came across !! I normally don’t do the same hotel twice, but this rule with be broken with Sailors Beach Club.

Also, the work of the hotel staff at the highest level, especially the animation team, was very pleasant. I can single out the animator Evita. She is very sociable and responsive

The food is varied and tasty, you can eat almost around the clock. The sea is clean and has a large private pebble beach, plenty of sun loungers, a large and well-groomed area, 2 swimming pools

Went here for a week for friends and entertainment staff in particular have been amazing and extremely welcoming. All inclusive has also been great with the unlimited drinks and food being of a high standard

There were also not enough barmans so they were almost always big queues. Besides those little inconveniences this hotel has many good sides. The food is delicious, everyone will find something for themselves

The other thing that we didn't like was drinks. The only good drinks was paradise, Cuba libre and cool pool. Other drinks were just not good, even the paid drinks were not so tasty

Lifeguards are also a big plus, they always reacted really fast and also there is a lot of them. Of course one of the biggest pluses is the sea which is really really close

The room was cleaned every day. The animations also were great and there were a lot of them (2x aqua cycling, aqua volleyball, darts, mini disco and many more)

This hotel is very good for families. They have waterpark and little zoo on the way to the beach. Nice view from rooms on the mountains. Only few blocks to the shopping malls, restaurants and souvenir stores.

I like this hotel and recommend it. They have a big beach and very close to hotel. Reasonable prices and good service. I also liked the service on the beach.

The hotel is good ,, clean stuff are friendly but No one can understand english so we showed them our reservation through our agents by google trandlation! We spent 1 night in the lobby bcs our ac was not working and the guy on reciption couldnt make any desicion by giving us another room

Kids club is great privilege therefore your kids are very happy. My son was so happy he wants to go from opening till closing, sometimes he was ready even to skip swimming better to go to the club

It also has a nice beach and 2 swimming pools one inside and one outside, you can also go to the spa to relax it’s close to the centre of Kemer so if you like shopping it’s a great place for you! All the staff of the beach were very nice and flexible, thanks to the employee Abdullah from the restaurant for his kidness with my disabled brother. The staff of reception were very flexible and nice as well

Rooms are not in the highest of standards - lacking electric kettle with coffee and tea, and the cleaning must be much more detailed, even though towels and bead sheets are changed daily, dust is very visible on the floors

The beach, garden and pool area are really well maintained, I loved the amount of natural shade around the pool, a lot of grass and trees, which is really nice

The location is good, there is a bus stop next to the hotel, 25 liras to Kemer center, 65 liras to Antalya city, 25 liras to Phaselis. The beach bar works excellent, the guys there are also very good

Coffee, tea, lemonade, fruits, beer, pepsi, sprite. ice cream is served on the beach bar and the pool bar, pizza, salads, and french fries around noon

Excellent accommodation, food, staff, pool, beach bar, room. In one word everything was Excellent.
