very nice very happy PLACE THEY only speak turkish and russian This is a problem if you are italian It would be enough if someone spoke English The sea is wonderful A lot of restaurant, bar, bakery and foood 24/7 I hope to come back every year

Bars are open 24/7 as well - those mixologists are sublime! They can do anything and also take suggestions in what would you like served. We made several cocktails from scratch to teach them like almond sour and such

Family 4 of us, me, wife, and 2 kids 3 and 5 years old 1 week including flights, transportation, family double floor room with excellent view, 2 bathrooms 3500$ via touristic company. We just booked 1 week earlier

Lovely hotel, beautiful, well-groomed territory. Delicious food, for every taste. We stayed when the hotel was full, but it was very spacious and comfortable. There were always free tables, sunbeds, etc

Rooms require renovation, but the condition is still satisfactory. All other signs: food, entertainment, and location are excellent. Swimming pools clean and tidy

Other guests were rude and standoffish, especially in the restaurant (maybe a cultural thing, so i didn't let it affect my score of the hotel) We stayed in a deluxe family room (or whatever it's called) The room was really outdated

We ended up finding local restaurants to eat as we had a hire car, thank god we did or i think i would have given up eating! Again, much of the food seemed aimed at Eastern European cuisine and nothing for kids at dinner

When we arrived at 12am they didn't even say hello, just demanded a booking name and thew me a key. The luggage man was very pleasant, though. Very much the same food everyday, was absolutely sick of it by the 4th day

Not aimed at English speaking people, we had a lot of trouble communicating and seemed staff had very little English. The staff that did speak English were very good. Receptionists were always rude, though

AC never properly worked, despite many calls to the customer care team, and promises to fix it. It was only mid-may, so the temperature was bare able, god knows how bad it would have been later in the summer

Area: The hotel has a vast area, very green, well cared-after trees, lovely cats walking around, private beach, large restaurant, multiple pools, free parking

- People left their towels on the sunbeds for couple of hours. There is no restriction and/or rule made by the hotel management. Then it's difficult to find free sunbed

Such a huge and beautiful green area, amazing sea with all needed facilities and many sun beds, big main pool , amazing entertainment during the day : aqua aerobics, stretching, archery, darts, competitions etc

A highlight was the exhilarating mountain cable car excursion, offering panoramic views that took our breath away. However, the room's cleanliness, notably the consistently dirty floors, was a minor setback

Additionally, intermittent internet access posed challenges. Despite these minor issues, this resort provided an exceptional getaway. We eagerly anticipate returning for another memorable stay

I was already there last year and i was as amazing as it was this year. The animation team is really fun and they know how to make all the activities as fun as possible. I recommend everybody to go here for vacation

We were 4 adults and instead of 2 standard rooms as be booked, the hotel upgraded for free to a 3 rooms 3 bathrooms duplex, which really made our experience even better! The staff were very friendly and the food varied and tasty! There were lots of entertaining activities during the day

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far. The food was fantastic, the service is excellent, everything in the room is new. The territory is big and well-maintained. I can’t even think of any drawbacks

However, in other bars, we noticed that only those who push ahead and order alcohol are served quickly, while children can stand in line for up to 10 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging them

We would like to highlight the excellent service at the hotel’s information desk — the staff there are polite and helpful. The team handling the luggage also deserves praise for their efficiency and professionalism

The cleanliness of the rooms has also gone down slightly. On a positive note, the food remains tasty, and a couple of members from the entertainment team were very friendly and engaging

This was particularly problematic in the kids’ mini club, where none of the staff spoke English well enough for us to feel comfortable leaving our children in their care

Melih is an expert in the care of guests in any way, Hasan, Umuz and Osman prepare luxury drinks with smiles and even a "beach trash" clean worker wishes a beautiful day with good mood and with kind regards

It would be better if there was a workstation. It would also be better if the sunbed capacity on the beach was increased. We were very pleased with the pavilion service

The animation shows, acrobatics, and live music performances were very good. Parasailing was fun, I recommend water sports activities to those who will stay. We benefited from the spa and massage services every day

The room and restaurant were very clean. The food was of good restaurant quality. The drinks were cold and delicious. We thank the chefs and all the staff for their efforts. All the staff were smiling and polite

The hotel beach is one of the largest, the sea is clean, there are clubs nearby. Also shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. I hope we will return to this paradise again soon!!!

This hotel its between mountains and sea so the views were fenomenal. A lot of pools, very nice deck above sea, private beach, a lot of activities for every kind of guest and the Spa

My family and I had an amazing week at Akra Kemer Resort. We truly enjoyed the carefully curated entertainment, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, clearly passionate about their work

However that didn't bother us, came down for 9am breakfast and outside and down to the pier/beach area with plenty of beds with the sea cooling breeze and crystal clear waters

One of my daughters had to go to the hospital during our stay (nothing too serious) the hotel has a nurse onsite who we saw within 10 minutes of messaging the guest services team - she advised it would be best for a doctor to triage, the hotel arranged for the hospital to send a car, we were back within an hour with medication in hand - couldn’t have been better service

Not stated as part of their service but they have a couple of guys doing rounds on the pier and pool areas taking drink orders, nice touch! Had the usual as we do on most hols where people book beds by the pool early doors with towels

We hired one twice during the ten day visit and it was well worth the money - again the service was excellent and the cold tub was worth the money on its own in 35 degree heat! As we arrived they added us to a WhatsApp channel that we could use to contact the guest services team (Kardelen and Seren Can) - who were brilliant

One to try if you fancy a special treat is the bungalows on the end of the pier. The views were spectacular and the service outstanding. They got you everything you wanted pretty much instantly

Their team were excellent throughout - the service round the pool and in the restaurants was amazing. The highlight - the chalets at the end of the pier

The pool was big enough, sunbeds with brollies do go quite fast but theres a section of the beach belonging to the hotel and theres plenty of brollies down there. Quite handy having a shop directly opposite the hotel too

Just came back from a weeks holiday at this hotel, been here for the first time and it was an amazing experience! Can’t fault anything! It was 8 of us, it was my parents’ first experience of Turkey and all inclusive, and thanks to friendly staff and fabulous atmosphere they are certain they’ll be back! The hotel is very clean, the stuff is helpful in any language you prefer! The food was fantastic! Great verity of any meal type. The hotel has a stony beach, maybe it’s the only minus

I am not the one who gets up at 6am to reserve a place next to the pool or on the beach and even so I was able to accommodate myself and my kid for a piece of sunshine and chill

The hotel room fridge was stocked up every day with water, fanta, cola and juice. The indoor pool and Sauna was also really nice and clean. If I was ever to go back to Kemer I would happily stay at this hotel again

To be honest I was not sure about the all inclusive hotel vacation trip. The hotel was full and thanks for the great organization and disposition and the managing work it didn’t feel like it

We spent 6 days here and it was truly a great experience. Beach and pool areas were both clean and comfortable. Services, foods and drinks were all top notch as well

Now it has many advantages, but it has two major problems: first, the host of the entertainment group (JJ) always speaks insultingly and humiliatingly towards Iranians; While most of the guests are Iranian

Great accomodations - nice views, calm atmosphere, everywhere is clean and it's nice for a relaxing holiday as there are not many noices. The beach is beautiful - location is good,water is nice and really crystal clean

Sometimes you have to wait to order on the beach bar and they are not informing about the closing hours hence several times we wanted to order food but it was already closed

The staff makes efforts to address inconveniences such as check-in, service, and power outages, though timely resolutions aren't always guaranteed. The hotel features a nice but stoney beach

We had an amazing 5-day stay at Armas Labada and absolutely loved it! The food was fantastic — so many delicious options every day. The beach was just a short walk away, which was super convenient

We had a very good time in Armas Labada with my mother and my husband. There is a good balance between the price and comfort

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the view from the balcony is amazing, the beach is clean as well, and just 50 metres from the hotel

The food is OK, a lot of vegetables, fish and traditional food, but if you expect the variety of meat dishes you will be disappointed. It was fine for us, we don't eat meat when it's hot

I and my mother had courses of massage. The guys are very professional to be honest. I have a very bad back and my mom is 76 so we are able to distinguish if it's good or bad. So I highly recommend to try it
