Very nice place for individuals or families. Staff are pleasant. The Manager Farhat was very kind and helpful. The only problem no English speaking receptionist available.

The hotel is filled with great staff. It's a big place with nice apartments. However if you don't have a car it's a bit long to walk to your apartment. There are a lot of apartment blocks, so you need to see which one is closest to the hotel lobby. It does have ironing and laundry service, as well as other services. This was a really good place to have a holiday. The hotel staff was courteous and professional. The all-inclusive aspect of the hotel made it easy to just be here and rest, not having to worry about finding meals, and the food was really good and there was a lot of variety. There was a lot of entertainment at the hotel geared toward families and there were multiple activities for children all day...

It is a beautiful hotel, quietly located in the mountains and forest. Staff are friendly and nice also the service. The swimming pool, turkish bath, sauna and thermal water, steam room are also very good. The food is also delicious.

The room is clean, wide. The hotel provides the option of half board with dinner included. Dinner and breakfast are buffet style and are rich and varied. The hotel has its own parking lot. We used the indoor pool which we enjoyed.

If you plan to relax as much as possible then this hottel is the best choice. I stayed with my family just 2 days but it was not enough. We all liked atmosphere with big garden, indoor and outdoor pools. Everything was clean. Breakfast and dinner were various with different tasty dishes and sweets. The price was also reasonable.
