The hotel is not recommended. They don’t know how to manage reservations. We shocked when entered the room and there was another person inside the room . The person shouted to us what are you doing in my room? The receptionist made two reservations at the same time.
There are no swimming pool, no gym, no hammad, just nothing.

I made a call inquiring about the availability of the hotels and there’s a woman picked up the phone, I asked about if she can speak English, she said no and hang up the phone right a way!??? can’t believe this is so-called 4 star hotel with such a manner and services, Excellent Türkiye!

One of the few hotels still standing. I wanted to go another hotel next door - but a wall was missing and the other chep hotels were all destroyed by the earthquake.
It was 3 times the price what I normaly paid for a hotel in Turkey - and it was definately not 3 times better.
It has all things you would expect at this level. Great breakfast, clean towels, good enough bed. It was clean enough.
Bathroom was not good for that price.
My room was facing the street (noisy - price of being central) and like most hotel rooms in Turkey it smelled of smoke.
They were happy to store my bike in the lobby.

I will definitely recommend this hotel. Very quiet, everybody was extremely polite and kind and helpful.
Rooms are big and clean.
I am Vegan and it is normally hard for me to find something delicious to eat for breakfast at hotels but at this hotel I had the best breakfast ever :)
Fresh vegetables and …. Wow even remembering it makes me feel good.
When I go back to Malatya I will definitely go back to this hotel again 😊

Great experience.
The rooms are modern, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of options. the Turkish tea and coffee were some of the best I had tasted while in Turkey. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in me experiencing the most during my stay.

This my first time here. As soon as I arrived the door, I meet with lovely workers front of the door. I got suit room although paying normal room price.
Amazing people, luxury, affordable rooms, helpful staff, incredibly tasty food😊.
