The room is quiet and got the sunshine view. The staff are helpful. And the best thing is they provide a good Turkish breakfast.

The hotel is good, the bed is really comfortable and the bathroom is big! But it will never be a 4 starts hotel. The concept in Turkey for 4 starts, would be 2 or 3 starts hotels around the world

Half drank can of Fanta in the refrigerator. Refrigerator not cold (they have a problem with refrigeration in Turkey). Breakfast Buffet below expectations . Staff does not smile. Very loud wedding next door at other hotel making a lot of
Noise until midnight. Parking is a joke because it’s inside a petrol station . That being said it’s inexpensive and clean, but definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Avoid at all costs!
Nothing was as described. We booked a double and twin bed room for 3 people. We received a double bed and a couch. The pool is pictured with loungers and chairs. There are none and the pool is smaller than the photoshop image they used. It also promises spa/sauna/hamam... they don’t exist. Rooftop bar/restaurant as promised on its website... nope!
When we to spoke to the manager, we were verbally assaulted by him! He was rude and didn’t care at all. They have tour groups coming everyday so he feels that he doesn’t need to provide any sort of service! We booked with Expedia and after explaining to them, they tried to contact the manager to tell him to not charge us for the room, he pretended to not be there and not speak English.
Then, when we finally wanted to leave, we told him our card was on file with Expedia and that he can take it up with them. Instead he got more aggressive and finally charged my card with the number on file.
Whatever you do, do not stay here! You have been warned!
