Afytos Bodrum City

We stayed with my wife and our baby. We were worried about the price being affordable, but the service and food were above our expectations. The air conditioners were very active and the rooms were spacious. It is a newly taken over hotel, so there is some lack of activity, but I believe they will fix these over time. Since half of the dining area is open air, there is no air conditioning, so the dining area gets hot. We did not experience the pool, but since we are on a seaside holiday, I cannot comment on the pool. 100 meters from the beaches, 200 meters from the bars street and many restaurants etc. along the promenade where you can visit and sit. There is nothing to say about the current location of the venues. One minus is the parking lot, but there are also areas where you can park in the upper street. If you are one of those who, like me, think of going to Bodrum and resting for a week and only having a seaside holiday, I suggest you do not miss it. It is a complete price performance hotel.

We didn't come to the minimalist hotel with high expectations. We came as 4 friends. We can say that it exceeded our expectations. The staff at the hotel was friendly and the food was good, although not very diverse. Although there are not many snacks, the meals served during normal meals are nice and delicious. Those who come with high expectations will be upset, but if you want to have a short holiday, visit the basement and not be disturbed, this is the perfect hotel to choose. It definitely meets its price performance, and in my opinion, this hotel should even be a little above its price. We were very pleased and all our demands were met. We checked into the hotel yesterday and had time to explore until the next day. The hotel and its staff are really great 👏👏 the comments made me a little suspicious, but even though I was at the hotel at 9 in the morning, we were told to take you to breakfast immediately, as our room was ready, and then rest. This first welcome has already determined the satisfaction of me and my 2 children. Afterwards, the sufficiency of the pool, the size of our family room (comfortable beds), the functioning of the heating and cooling, the deliciousness of the food, the magnificence of the view day and night, the walking distance to the center and especially the approach of the staff made us say good things. The employees are very attentive and each one of them cares individually. Hotel manager Mr. Engin takes care of everyone individually. The breakfast is slightly less variety than normal open buffets, but it is sufficient. Especially lunch and dinner were much more diverse and delicious than we expected. There is only cake in the evening tea, maybe there could have been another savory variety. The pool is relatively small but sufficient. There is no balcony in the rooms, but the outer door opens to a large area and you do not need a balcony. In terms of location, it is maybe 300 meters from the sea and close to the bar area, so it is in a very ideal location. There is no parking in front of the hotel, but you can park in the back road, there is always a free space. Considering the price and performance, we are satisfied. I can say we can come again. Of course, it should not be compared with the facilities in 5-star hotels. Also, fortunately for us, there is a regional water problem and there were water outages at regular intervals in the last two days of our 5-day holiday. But as I said, there is a water problem in the region. Other than that, we were pleased with everything. I would like to thank the staff, especially Mr. Şahin, the restaurant chef, Mr. Fuat, the square manager, and Mr. Kenan in the bar section, for their extreme interest and concern.

Located in the heart of Gumbet, it is very close to everywhere and it is very easy to reach other towns. At the bottom of the beach and beaches. As for the hotel, the room we stayed in was very nice and large. The rooms were carefully cleaned, decorated and left every day (we would like to thank the friend who made hearts with towels :) . All employees were interested. The hotel manager was very attentive. The variety of main courses was limited, this should be reconsidered. Also there is not enough space to sit in the evening. There could be light music after dinner in the evenings to sit down. Also, since the place was in the middle of nowhere, there wasn't much of a family atmosphere.
