PHOENIX SUN HOTEL

Rooms are horrific, doors are not secure & the food was terrible every day. Never in a million years is this a 4 star hotel it’s gross. Receptionists weren’t pleasant either just rolled their eyes at you when you tell them an issue. I would not recommend staying here.

The only positive I have is that there are 3 amazing restaurants & bars down the hill so location is great,

I was in Turkey not the first time. Me and my wife were in 3 stars hotel in Alanya, but that 3 stars was much more better than this "4 stars" hotel.

I do not know how the owner got 4 stars, but knowing who is the owner explains for me everything.

Aš one reviewer mentioned, even in Eastern Europe it could be compared to at most 2 stars hotel.

It should be closed for renovation immediately. I do not write about cocrouches, I am not afraid of them. But what a hell! We do not have them in Eastern Europe's year 1960 built apartments.

The best things of this hotel is the convenient place (bus stops in fronto of the hotel, beach iš not very dar away). Also, the staff. They were very helpful, their tried to do what they can to help in such a terrible conditions.

The house repaire works done in the room was a total disaster. I have some expierance in that, so I know why I am saying this. You will see this in photos.

The food was not bad, but it was almost everytime the same.

Definately do not recommend this hotel.

worst vacation i have ever been on. one big disaster! I don't even know where to start.. Room one big Disgust! The bathroom is old and moldy, the cleaners don't clean but THEY STEAL!!! she stole 1000tł of money, a hair straightener, perfume from our room. Never keep things just like that in the room, lock everything in the suitcase. I pretend I don't understand English. They do not clean properly, the towels are not clean, they are dirty. The food was expensive and the selection of food was small. 3 types of food that cannot be guaranteed. We had to go to a restaurant for my children to eat. taxis are expensive and drivers are rude. I was in Bodrum for the first and last time!!! Never again to the PHOENYX SUN HOTEL NEVER

Very bad experience rooms are dirty. Foods are dry. Not possible for disabled persons because no elevator available and you have to use stairs for everything

The worst hotel in the world! And the food is not tasty, the staff doesn’t know how to talk to customers! The receptionist doesn't know how to work either! My friend's money was stolen from her room, and the hotel took no action. They stated that it was not their problem and, in fact, they should be held accountable because it was done by someone on their staff (who had access to the room keys)
