A delightful and unusual place. This is not what you expect from Turkey. Our villa "Marmaris" is large, comfortable, multi-level. View from the terrace to the Oludeniz beach. The villa has everything you need: cooking utensils and cutlery. There is also a restaurant. You can take great photos and have a great time relaxing by the pool. We recommend it to everyone.

The villa is a semi detached property. To check in, I had to call the host on their Turkish phone and arrange to meet them. They only accepted payment in CASH. First thoughts about this place was, "what have I got myself into". This impression was brought on by the overgrown weeds outside the property. Photos of the villa looked good but upon arriving here, I felt a little deflated about my decision...

I stayed there for 2 nights we felt as in our home ,, the owner is so helpful and the villa was equipped with everything you might need ,,, i recommended for the families with kids ,, we enjoyed there

Good accommodation with large pool and spacious gardens. One star off for the couple of steep steps (troublesome if you have walking difficulties or pushing a pram) and no children's pool. I'd definitely come back and would highly recommend

Amazing little hotel with very friendly staff.

Once you've been to the Dionysia you don't need to tell anyone anything, you just want to keep it quiet, so it doesn't get spoilt. The staff, the food, the location and the pool are second to none. If you read this ignore it please.😀😀

Stayed for one night at the Dionysia booked 2 rooms with family. The place was in an amazing location, and the rooms were spotless. The staff were so helpful and friendly no request was to much, they did above and beyond. Will definitely recommend this establishment!!

One of my favorite place to stay if not the most favorite in Kalkan. The villas and furnished rental apartments are located in the middle of olive trees and bougainvilleas. Quite,naturally preserved and beautifully designed place. In October it was not very crowded, not like summers as burning hot and sea was absolutely warm and superrrrr clean. Amazing location and view. Sea is also very transpatent and turkuaz blue color. There are lots of different type of fish and turtle as well. I am one of the lucky person who found a chance to swim together with caretta caretta turtle.

We were not sure about the need to book so emailed info@Lores and had a quick and detailed reply explaining there was no need to book and went on to explain the format etc. We went via taxi and were dropped off at the hotel.
