Immaculate im all aspects, from room and grounds cleanliness to very attentive staff ( in a very good way) Chillers dotted all over the grounds and beach for self serve drinks and ice creams

Bedrooms were so clean and had a lot of space inside of them. Would recommend getting the family room. Swimming pools were nice and clean. Amazing views in front of the room

A large area ! Tasty food ! Located near the sea ! Now the cons Small rooms ! BUT there is one waitress that's very kind of Her name is full moon or something like this but it is in Russian especially learned Russian language , very friendly and quickly brings the orders I would have added to her salary

The staff is beyond amazing and the food is out of this world. Great place with awesome views, directly to the beach. Good amount of attractions and trips around. We had a great time there.

The food is amazing and so are the servers. Noor was particularly sweet and understanding at the restaurant buffet. Only issue is that we cannot take our drinks from the all inclusive bar to the beach

Great hotel, family friendly, has activities for everyone, kids, adults, youngsters, the pool is of appropriate depth, warm and clean, the beach is clean, the food is amazing, we took the all inclusive offer, the waiters were very professional and super friendly

The beach is okay for good swimmers, but if you’re not a swimmer it can be a bit tricky, the waves are high, strong and frequent, the ground beneath your feet gets steep really fast

Haven't had a real holiday in years, what is it you look for in a holiday, sun sea n food. The food is fantastic hear service is great, table service is great they come to you

Great Entertainment team day and night although some days the music around the main pool gets a bit loud. There is a quieter adults only pool if you want a quieter day

Beautiful and green hotel. Decent food.. the Staff is smart, European hotel.. almost no Russian.. Laguna single song:beauty and a beautiful calm sea

Arrived around 2am and was greeted by a most welcoming team in reception. All 4 of our luggage cases were taken to our room for us and the facilities explained to us on the way

All the staff have been excellent and make you feel welcome. Food and drinks have all been excellent with great choices

Nice budget hotel. Rooms cleaned every day. We had half board and most of the food was lovely. Plenty of sun loungers around the 4 pools. Entertainment for everyone, and the staff are amazing!

Adults pool had a great bartender that kept us sorted with drinks and towels while we were there. Beach club was stunning - but outside the all-inclusive, so be aware it will cost extra

4 maybe 5 minute walk from the beach. Really would recommend this hotel to anyone heading there, you won't be disappointed

My only complaint would have been the other guests who ignore the rules of not taking food and drinks out of the restaurant, and those who smoke in the non-smoking areas and leave their litter lying around! The staff do a great job tidying up after them all though

Beautiful resort in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from lots of shops, bars etc. The beach is at the bottom after the short walk through the shops and it is a very nice beach

Perfectly located, beautiful view of the mountains, and from our room you could even see the sea, calm atmosphere. Very tasty and varied food, drinks are also good, friendly and diligent staff

The local beach is horrible full of cigarette butts but the blue lagoon is beautiful. Easy to get around on the small buses to visit local areas

Only things I didn't like were the amount of people smoking round the pool in the bar at night s no separate designated smoking area

The stuff was mostly nice and warm-blooded, cleaning and rooms were also OK, the only thing that i can say about stuff is can be that they did not inform me about the traffic which at the entrance of the Ölüdeniz beach

Food and drink so plentiful every one will like something. The pool bar pizzas are really good too. Beds and rooms aren’t the biggest but really comfortable and air conditioned

What a great holiday, this hotel is absolutely fantastic. If anyone is looking to stay here its got a perfect location , just off the main street and 5 min walk to the beach

It was my first time in Ölüdeniz and i did not expect it has bars with that much loud music. It is really annoying when you make a sea-side walking in the coast. The best thing that I like in my holiday was the boat trip

Nice drinks fridge which it’s topped up daily. Only complaint other guests can’t shut there doors quietly when they slam it makes you jump

Close proximity to the strip and although not by the sea, the hotel provide a free shuttle bus down to the beach in Olu Deniz. The rooms are maintained to a good standard and have fridges and effective air conditioning

The rooms could with a little updating however they are more than adequate let's be honest how much time do we spend in the room. The pool is amazing latest water temperature and PH balance is available everyday

Kiddies, adult only and main pool. There is also the choice of swim up pools, right at your own patio, loved this. As all inclusive goes, the choice of local alcohol is not to my liking, could have been better

We are leaving the hotel after being there 2 weeks, all the staff are friendly and always smiling, food was good, entertainment was brilliant something different everyday, night and day time, always making us laugh, hotel is very clean and tidy, erol was amazing does his up most best to ensure everyone was laughing and having a good time,the entertainment erol puts together was 100% and made our days...

Finally the Spa all I can say it's worth every penny I have suffered with bad shoulders for years but after having a few sessions they are almost as good as new so I think it wouldn't be money wasted

If you are expecting bacon and eggs or cottage pie it ain't happening here which in my opinion is good your on holiday and should try different foods

Friendly staffs and close to shops and beach by 2 mins walking and you can do many activities in oludeniz such as hose riding...

I liked this place very much—well-located, nice rooms (though small but enough), great service and swimming pool and warm and helpful staff. Breakfast is good as well. All you need in one place.

White hotel has super friendly-family environment. You feel the sincerity with communication with the staff. Rooms are clean, pool is quite big. all the hotel area is so calming with green trees 🌲🌳

Hotel is perfect in ev way staff reg and oz are just fantastic so friendly and helpful food great and location is just great

For cheap price, ofc it is good to choose this hotel, but you can find better than it

My partner Vic and I came back yesterday from the White Hotel yesterday morning and I thought I must put a review

Some of the crockery was chipped, and when I asked for a cup so I could have a drink of tea, I was told to use the chipped cup, when I informed her about the up being damaged I got a dirty look, she then removed the cup but when I returned to my seat she put the broken cup back out

Excellent location, lovely pool and terrace area to chill out, bar staff around pool very helpful and could fault their service

We stayed at the Mavruka Hotel on B&B. The room was a really good size but the toilet flush, which was a fair size and supposed to be fixed to the wall, kept coming off. We had to keep on putting it back in its place

This is really odd!! Do the management not trust their staff? Or is this something that hotels do these days? We paid daily because mistakes were made. And everything was really expensive

If it wasn't for the fact that it was attached to some piping inside the wall, it would have come off completely. There could have been a kettle in the rooms

My last little niggle was that everything that was purchased at the bar, whether it be drinks, snacks or meals they had to be paid for at reception

I have stayed at 5 star resorts which looked great but did not have the employees customer service that this hotel had. The food was good but mostly meat and chicken not just seafood

Gizmo and Gadget were first class entertainers, made the holiday go with a swing. Dining room offered a good variation of food and the outdoor snacks also like the dining room gave excellent well prepared tasty food

The pool is clean and adequate. As we went at the end of the season we had no problems with sunbeds etc. I cant speak for the rest of the season. Our room was spacious and clean. The towels were changed as desired

What a lovely time we had the reception staff were so helpful and spoke very good English the rooms are very clean maid came in every day changed the towels everyday too the pool was very clean entertainment guys were great so so funny the young lads behind the bar were amazing food choice could be better but always found something to eat the only thing we can have a moan about is that when we arrived...

Yel hotel has been an amazing experience. All the staff were amazing and so helpful and happy. Entertainment throughout the week was amazing, the staff really got to know you and it made it feel so homely

Nice clean friendly hotel but rooms could do with updating. Rooms kept nice and clean by the jolly friendly cleaning ladies. This was our third visit and undoubtdly will not be our last

!water shuts off at about 1am and bath/sink water is salty! !old toilet which doesn’t flush anymore because it’s stuck flushing 24/7! Location is almost directly at the beach which is nice but directly near the Main Street so it can get loud at night

Rooms are dated, toilet handle was broken, but it was a great location and the manager was welcoming and breakfast was great. If you are willing to sacrifice comfort for walking distance to the beach, go for it.

We had a room with a balcony looking to the pool at ground floor which is sometimes suspicious when people look in. We had an OK stay just the things I wrote in exclamation marks was VERY disturbing

Lovely pool area & our room was basic but a good size with a good size balcony & the air conditioning worked well. Would I stay here again? Probably

Would only recommend if you don’t have kids + only stay for sleeping or pool usage

And now I will briefly tell you the most important thing, angels work at the reception, on the first night my daughter had a seizure, Kamil called an ambulance, helped me, since I was in a panic, covered my daughter with his jacket, walked me to the ambulance and gave his phone number , so that I could call him if I need something

Rooms very basic, but clean the staff were very friendly and helpful. Placed right near the town and beach but not to close that you couldn't sleep for noise. Would be ideal for families with children

Rooms are very variable and 'best' ones overlooking the pool kept empty the whole time we were there! Food is ok we didn't eat dinner there. Drinks - as all of Turkey seems at the moment- quite expensive

We did get told off for bringing in our own bottles of water, but didn't do it very often. Don't use the supermarket next door unless you want to pay more than everywhere else! They asked for £18

when we arrived early hours we was greeted by Jim who took our cases for us and took us to reception, he then checked us in and showed us to our room, room was clean had a small problem with ants but cleaners went in everyday and cleaned it properly

every time I went back to the hotel Jim who is the manager of the hotel had a good laugh and joke with me he even gave him a nick name of Little boy hahaha staff was very friendly hotel was nice

Watch your bar tab, ours was really high & without any alcohol, lesson learnt. Cleaners lovely & helpful & assisted with extra towels and toilet rolls which ran out

Had a lot of options from cereal and toast to hams, cheeses, omelettes and pancakes. 2 good sized pools with plenty of sun beds spread around for everyone. Cheap, convenient shop just a 2 minute walk around the corner

Staff were super friendly and helpful, offering drinks while we were sat around the pool. We arrived early in the morning and someone was there to meet us straight away

Make sure that if you need any of this extras or, anything to be fixed in the room, you report it before 5pm as we were told in different days at the reception that there is not technical service available after 5pm

Breakfast was tasty, I missed more fruit options. Cleaner was a superstar, all shiny!! You must know they charge extras like: £2 per day for kettle and safe or £5 per day for a fridge

Then we discovered the pump was closed because it was causing a lick, also the main light in the room didn't work, and we requested a fridge on the second day

We reported these little issues to reception but technical services not available after 5 pm. Next day lick was fixed but we didn't have hot water

the most amazing place my family and i have ever stayed! we were just blown away by this place!! everything was absolutely perfect from the beginning to the end of our trip!! COULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH!! it was perfect!! shoutout to Fethi by the pool for always recognizing us when we would pull up to the pool and remembering our drinks and names

# The rooms were clean and their size is good with a nice pool view and the sound isolation is very good so we didn't get annoyed from the loud music outside

Reception and especially restaurant stuff are really great. Maybe a bit renovation of rooms wardrobes needs and beach umbrellas

we booked two rooms and we enjoyed it a lot. the staff are so welcoming and supportive. i was with my wife and my parents, and we all loved it. you can go to the beach directly

Cons: Noise: The hotel is incredibly noisy! The way the hotel is built, it tends to trap noise from the bar and the pool, making it very noisy from 10 am to midnight (and some nights even later than that)

Views (set on hill, looking down to town or up to hills and Paragliders!!). Activities (Cable Car, Beach, Boat Trip, Paragliding, Sea activities and Spa all close to hand)

Special shout outs to Ezgi (our waitress round the Pool), Ebru (our wonderful waitress in restaurant “Cheers”), Ozkar (Restaurant Manager, “Lovely Jubbly”), “bloody”Erol (Entertainment Manager), Arif (Trips organiser) and of course Jimmy (Spa Manager “baby”)

As with other comments, some maintenance is required with the wooden decking around the Pool (risk of injury as it is), and although the restaurant has full open windows, it could do with fans to aid circulation (especially when charcoals are put out!!)

Staff (all helpful, friendly and in general couldn’t do enough to help). Pool service (don’t have to move as drinks keep coming). Sun loungers (plenty available and no need for early morning panics!!)

They all couldn’t do enough to help us enjoy our stay. I would say though, 5 Star is generous

On site trips were well organised and priced

3+ pretty decent! Quiet, comfortable, near the sea. The rooms are clean in order for them to be in the morning and evening. The food in the dining room - varied and always delicious. Minus the bar with a certain alcohol

Great hotel, not "three" exactly beautiful, well-kept, green maybe a small area, a variety of delicious food, courteous staff, well, the nature around is simply divine! To go to the sea 10-15 min

foot for foot, the shopping street, the sea is also great!!! The hotel has justified his money with a vengeance. If you go back to Turkey, it is only in this place

Animation on "0"! Kitchen 5+: the Breakfast was OK but lunch and dinner palniki(especially) pleased with the variety! Fruits are seasonal

Lovely staff but food not so good, the staff don't clean the second pool area , bar drinks , white wine not kept in the fridge and looks and taste like sherry. Chambermaids lovely

This hotel easily has the best view and location in the beach area. It is positioned into the side of the mountain (and you do need to walk up or down hill at all times) so it affords a spectacular sea view

The view is wonderful, the proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shuttles is so convenient, and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast is delicious and fresh, with good coffee, and a nice eating area

Very nice hotel and staff. 5 minutes walking to the beach. The hotel is up hill and with stairs to get to your room. Restaurant attached was nice too with live singers. I would stay again!

Highly recommended, nice rooms and very scenic views. On a side to the main hustle of the beach, but easily accessible.

The room was beautiful, and we had our own private balcony. The food was excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend having dinner because it is very romantic and the prices are very reasonable

As others have said, it's on a step mountainside and is not friendly to anyone with physical limitations. Don't drink from the tap in this town. However, if you can get to it, it's a great stay

The worst part about the holiday is at some point you have to go home! We are going home tomorrow after 2 weeks here there been nothing but peace and relax just what we needed! The pool is very nice much better after the renovation its a different colour it's green which looks really nice and different around the pool you get a towel for the sunbed which is great! The food breakfast is what you expect...

Everything good about this hotel. The whole hotel is very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. It has a lovely swimming pool. The restaurant and the food is so nice. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast had a few choices and omelettes, fried eggs and pancakes cooked when requested. Pool area was updated a few years ago. Comfortable beds and towels provided

Always a warm welcome and a smile in the mornings or at any time of the day that you pass threw. Pool area is lovely, beds are so comfy and bed towels provided

Only downside beds are reserved quite early, thankfully I prefer the beach. All staff are very friendly and welcoming

Quality food with a good selection. Drinks are usual local options, soft drinks , wine an beer. If you want branded name drinks there is a really bar at the front of the hotel , this I highly recommend

Hisaranu only a short journey by taxi at a cost of 70 lira. Weather was excellent everyday, what more could you ask for. A wonderful 1st time experience

Lovely big hotel, we went end of season so there wasn't any hassle getting beds but in peak months I bet it's a nightmare. Most of the staff were chatty. Rooms very basic but that's the norm in a 3* hotel

Was amazing we’ve just got back and we’ve booked again for next year staff are so friendly and service couldn’t be better, the views from the pool are the best I’ve ever seen surrounded by mountains, right next to the strip and a 5 minute walk to the beach, location couldn’t be better, staff couldn’t be better, entertainment was fun as fun as you make it, if you join in like we did you’d have a blast...

Pool area a riot of red ice cream umbrellas, with all reserved towels. Constant smell of cheap cigarette smoke and music. Water & water-pressure excellent, air-con excellent. A 3 min walk to beach and copy shops

I've been to this hotel about 3 times! The hotel staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly. The views are absolutely beautiful, it honestly feels like a postcard. I can't wait to go back in the future!

Daughters had their hair braided at reasonable prices. Sometimes we could hear outside noise in the early hours but nothing major. All in all a great place to stay and I would go back

Brilliant hotel, very friendly staff and good atmosphere. Not Brilliant for vegetarians,I didn't try the diet cauliflower 🙄 good range of chicken and fish meals.

Nice decorated calm restaurant ( relatively) we had a table pretty quick and ordered food but came after half an hour later ( homemade pizza and pide ) dishes were big enough and delicious but service is really slow and excuse is " we are very full" they didn't even want to serve us desert while it would come after another half an hour ( that i find it very odd to say a customer)

Swimming pool is naturally shaded with lovely trees & shrubs. An oasis across from the beach

She was like the mum of the group. The restaurant area is situated right on the beachfront with breathtaking views. Everywhere is simply spotless and the waiters cannot do enough for you

And wow!!! If you are looking for something more shabby chic and traditional this is definitely for you. We were in room 119 right next to the pool, what a gorgeous view

Me & my partner have just returned from a weeks stay at the oyster residence, What can I say!! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the manager murat, this gentleman was so nice could not stop smiling, took our cases of us and showed us to our room

I would like to say a big thank you to Nevzat you can't miss him he has the most amazing blue eyes, this young man was always there to help 👍👍 Also Sayat again so helpful nothing was left unturned, he was on it like a shot
