Hotel itself is superb, along with the staff. Food is decent, we went as a family of four, wife is vegan and both kids vegetarian, all ate well for 10 nights. Rooms are a little dated but they are clean and I believe due a refurb now the hotel has been taken over. Only negative for me was the airport transfer, almost two hours but once that’s out they way a great location.

Lovely well situated hotel, in well maintained grounds, set in pine forest. Tranquil by day & lively by night. Beautiful resort in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from lots of shops, bars etc. The beach is at the bottom after the short walk through the shops and it is a very nice beach. Should you decide to walk further along you can visit the blue lagoon, it's is about 10-15 mins walk from the hotel, and we'll worth the trip. It'll cost you 50 lira per person for entry. Horrible experience, so far changed room 3 times in 3 days. Ants in bath, toilets not cleaned, they keep pushing people around in basement rooms. ants, not working sinks, etc. just pure dirt kids that do not know propper english or turkish

Amazing and helpful staff, available at all times, both at pool and reception. Very clean rooms and pool area. Rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty. Good location near walking street and beach. Only thing that I didn't like is that WiFi signal cannot reach rooms, so you will have to go to pool or reception to have signal. This is our 4th time at pine valley and I can say it was as good as always, the staff were always on hand all day and night long , I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, also it is only a 5 minute walk to the main area where you can find numerous pubs and very good restaurants , hopefully see you again in 2018.

2nd time here. The older rooms are a bit of a disappointment, whilst the new ones are lovely. Last day of a fantastic 2 weeks. So sad to be leaving. Stayed in a villa on self catering and it has been amazing. Villas are spacious with plenty room for clothes to be put away. We had 403 which was next to top pool. Plenty of sun beds and parasols for all. Hisoranu only a short walk with loads of great restaurants and pubs. Overall a great holiday and will definitely come back
