The worst hotel I’ve ever seen Their treatment is bad especially for Arabia and khaliji tourist and they make me add 100€ euro to the price because booking doesn’t work in Turkey

We enjoyed in this hotel very clean luxury breakfast reasonable price wide room and the bathroom big size clean towels 🤩🌸

We specially asked for nonsmoking room and we’re put on a floor that was made entirely of smokers. The head waitress at breakfast was condescending and just rude. The only saving grace was Mr. TOLGA who was polite and pleasant. We had stayed here before but there are much better properties in Ordu.

My experience is awful. They didn't have non smoker rooms and the whole entire floor smells so bad from all the smoking. As soon as I walked in to the room my eyes start watering and throat start itching from smoking smell. The cover sheets are filthy and it had a big whole in the middle. Its disgusting. Don't ever come here the hygiene is awful. I had to open the window to help with air circulation but it was too loud from the noise outside. After a long day of traveling you are looking forward to relax in your hotel and you needed up stressing out and restless

All the rooms are smokers rooms, they smell like cigarettes 🚬 and not as clean as expected.

The hotel in general is good and above average but there are 2notes:
1- the bed mattress is soft and I liked it to be hard.
2- They told us at the reception : the breakfast end at 10:30AM. But the restaurant staff start to take away the glasses and coffee cups at 10:10AM.
Any way I liked it in general and might come again.

For me It was bad experience.
The hotel is good.
My bad luck because my room was in the first floor on the sea side and the air condition control is central, so you cannot control the temperature in the room, in the night we could not sleep either because of the heat in the room or the noise in the street "if we open the window".
I have asked 3 times the reception to change my room with no luck although i saw some rooms are empty from i came until i left but they said its reseved.
The breakfast was very good and the restaurant team was kind and helpful.
The room service was fantastic, they are taking care about the cleaness.

We stayed for one night, room was quite small and since we booked 2 rooms, for the same price, the other room was much larger and had a decent view so it seemed unfair that we barely had enough room around our bed to step. Staff were friendly and the location is perfect - across from the beach and close to telefrik. Breakfast was on the rooftop and had an amazing view. Food was also very good, one of the best around Turkey we've had.
