Good Facility, Central Location, with Room for Better Hospitality

The hotel’s location is ideal—right in the city center and directly facing the sea, with everything you need just steps away. There's also free parking, which is a great plus.

The rooms are clean, have a stylish and upscale feel but are a bit small. Breakfast was good, but the staff did not clear empty plates until the end of the meal, which is not what one would typically expect from a 4-star hotel, and cleanliness overall was very satisfactory. However, the check-in experience was disappointing. The receptionist (Y****a) who welcomed us was neither cheerful nor welcoming, and the interaction felt unnecessarily tense—even though we had a confirmed booking and clear agreement about our child’s stay. At one point, we were moved from our originally booked floor without explanation. We also found a leftover item from a previous guest in the room, which we reported, and were only then moved to a better sea-view room.

To their credit, the housekeeping staff responded well to the issue. They arranged the new room beautifully, maintained it very clean, and even decorated the bed, which we appreciated.

Unfortunately, the attitude of a few staff members came across as cold and unwelcoming. At times, their manner felt dismissive, which gave the impression that Arab guests were not treated with the same warmth or attention as others.

That said, Safa, one of the staff members, stood out with her kindness and professionalism. She helped us find excellent local restaurants, places to visit, and nearby services, and was the only one who made us feel genuinely welcome.
