The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. I told us about the tourist places we need to see around the area. The breakfast was good.

The Hotel is 20min away from Airport, my room was big, the food was good, staff was very nice, easily you can walk to the sea side and enjoy the black sea shore.

Of course location is awesome. The hotel does not look so luxurious from the outside but, the inside is really good. Clean, modern, comfy, friendly staff. I could not ask for better stay. Plus we liked the breakfast and we had great dinner at the restaurant with perfect service.

We was very lucky to have a stay in this hotel. It was by chance that there was mistake in booking a hotel downtown (very ugly one) and we had this one which was average price with excellent view+breakfast+Lobby+Parking area

The hotel has a really nice location walking distance to the cable car stop. Service is good and rooms are nice and clean. The lady at the reception was very helpful and helped us with directions and queries.

The location of the hotel is very great. It’s near the beach, shops and stores, and the chairlifts. The breakfast is average. The rooms are clean; however, the electricity and water cut off for 3 hours while I was staying there(3am to 6am)! And they didn’t inform us before. The price is expensive for a 4 star hotel. The hotel in general is good and above average but there are 2notes: 1- the bed mattress is soft and I liked it to be hard. 2- They told us at the reception : the breakfast end at 10:30AM. But the restaurant staff start to take away the glasses and coffee cups at 10:10AM. Any way I liked it in general and might come again.

For me It was bad experience. The hotel is good. My bad luck because my room was in the first floor on the sea side and the air condition control is central, so you cannot control the temperature in the room, in the night we could not sleep either because of the heat in the room or the noise in the street "if we open the window". Stayed there back in the early 2000’s for a number of extended stays. Absolutely loved this place. Tucked right in against the Black Sea for some of the most spectacular views you’ll ever see. The staff was always friendly and ready to help, the rooms were very clean and spacious, the food was excellent. What more could you want?

New and clean hotel, nice facilities and services, elegant decor, wonderful staff, close to the center, there are many car parks, valet service, and a swimming pool in the basement, great for living in Urdu. The only flaw is that the lobby needs air conditioning and they put more sessions in it

It has been 13 days since the hotel was opened. It was difficult to find a hotel in the Black Sea region in the past. It is pleasing that a new hotel is opened in this region.

The hotel is quite close to the city centre. You will be at the market in 10-15 minutes by walking. Credit cards are accepted on buses. Being on the main street is an advantage. Very good design, bathrooms are likely new, rooms are clean except flooring. Staff doesnt say anything if you dont ask. If you ask you ll be answered with very short words (: hotel is almost near the sea, and there is bcycle and workout path along the seaside.
