The best hotel to stay in Sakarya. You will be very pleased with the service and everything.

A beautiful hotel in Sakarya. We stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed being there. The place is very clean and the staff are very friendly and cooperative. I would appreciate if they improve the AC system.

One of the better hotels in this range. Nice rooms, nice dinning area with tasty food. Location is basically center of Sakarya downtown with bunch of bars and restaurants around. If you happen to be in this area I would definitely recommend this place.

Everything from the rooms to the breakfast to the quality and detail in the decor of the hotel. The staff was pleasant and the room service and cakes were delicious. I love the standard of this hotel and will most likely always book here when in Sakarya.

I stayed here with my family last month when we were in town for my son's wedding. I ordered a large room, then received a message that we were getting an upgrade. I thought this would be a good thing, but be careful!! The room was big, but very claustrophobic and dark since there was only one small skylight, no other windows at all! There were a few other issues as well: the duvets were too small for the quilts (we are not sure if they were cleaned), the water in the shower drain was backing up, and the thermostat did not work properly! We did complain about the thermostat because our room got so hot, especially with just one small skylight. Surprise, surprise they were able to at least fix that from their side!
But breakfast was great, everything was delicious and there were many options to choose from.
The reception desk staff also could have been more welcoming and smile at least once or twice.
Overall, even though the hotel is rated 4 stars, I would not say it was a real 4 star experience

The location of this hotel is quite good for restaurants, shops... everything is at a walking distance. The rooms are good in size but airconditionning doesn't seem to work! It was 30°c inside during the night, if you open the window you hear all the (fast) traffic, locals passing right in front. The service is not customer oriented either. On the other hand, breakfast is great! The restaurant attached is quite good for the food! but service is poor.

A very cosy small but fair pricing. In a very nice district with cafes, restaurants and shopping malls around. Was a good choice to stay for my business trip.
