Room feels it was not cleaned. The reception was OK. The AC did not work well enough and the temperature was 42 outside. The breakfast was horrible since I was poisoned because of the sausage. Most probably it had some bacteria grown in it. I already informed the health authorities, yet not sure if any charges were disposed to the manager. Location is great. However, your health is more important than the location. Urfa is a small city. Reserve a better hotel and just get a cab. Save your life!

My family and I have had a wonderful experience in the Manici hotel. The staff of the hotel has made our stay there magical. Also the hotel staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. Just to mention Mustafa and Abdulah at the front desk, Ibrahim service in restaurant and Mahmut that was incharge for breakfast. I would specialy mention Mahmut because I have never seen anybody so concern about the guests during the meals in restaurant. Mahmut was always first in the kitchen and always making sure that the guests of hotel have everything they need.
As for the hotel manager, Mr. Sahin Yazgan, I do not know how to thank him for everything. I have spend 17 years working in hotels in USA, and I have never seen a manager who is so involved in hotel operations. His relations and communications with a guests and with employees of the hotel are superb. Sahin Yazgan is a great asset to the Manici hotel management. Thank you, and thank you and I hope that we will have an opportunity to visit your hotel agin.

Be very careful with booking the Manici hotel. We have made a reservation early February and paid for 3 rooms in advance. Checked last week and seems that the hotel changed owners and none of the previous bookings are valid anymore. No room and no refund. Our holiday trip is ruined and nobody takes ownership. We have made a complaint to the hotel federation as this is bad customer service.

Everything was perfect. The room had a nice view and it was perfectly clean. Location is perfect, you can go to Balikli Gol, Bazaar and etc by walk. We stayed there in December, it was cold outside and the room was warm enough. The breakfast was so good! Thanks again for everything!

The hotels has pros and cons. The pros are the breakfast is descent, location is great, and it's relatively clean. The cons, the mattress is stiff as a rock and the internet doesn't work AT ALL (you will be stuck using your data) and the room has no kettle

Highly strategic location, close to bazaar, shopping street, Prophet Abraham's mosque and lake. The decoration is very classic. The restroom may need more lighting and perhaps scrubbing. Breakfast is okay but not fantastic.

The most amazing location you could find in Urfa. If you would like to do time travel to past about 2000 years, come this city and have this experience. Location is very close to Balikligol and oldcity and Bazaar. Room was very clean and even they cleaned the room when we were in the breakfast. I stayed with my mom and staff were very kind. And most important thing is that it was quite safe location.
