TUI BLUE Tropical

We have just returned from a four day stay and we can wholeheartedly recommend it.
The hotel is ideal for families as there is lots to do on-site, additionally there are sizeable and very well kept grounds extending around the pool area over toward the beach. These grounds are wonderful and very well kept giving great opportunity for evening strolls or a chance to get away from the pool area to enjoy the flora and fauna.
All of the staff were incredibly helpful and courteous and with a smile and we very much thank everybody who made our stay as nice as possible. The lady on the help desk [pictured] was helpful, polite and caring and we thank her too.
The extensive buffet style restaurant ["The Restaurant"] in addition to the other restaurants for which you must book, provides excellent fresh food with lots of vegetables and many desserts to choose from. As vegetarians we were very well catered for.
There are lots of sunbeds around a number of swimming pools and there is a quieter swimming pool, which still has children, but is more sedate than the main pool with the water slides.
The accommodation is in apartment style low-rise blocks with gardens around and pathways linking the complex. Our apartment was clean and comfortable and had a nice shower room with a small balcony for evenings.
So my closing words are; “the hotel is highly recommended with hard working and helpful staff, lovely food all in an extensive area of gardens close to the beach. We would go back.”

Great hotel friendly staff, rules not followed or policed meaning children jumping in and out of pal, someone will get hurt, lifeguards not paying to much attention, room clean and cleaner is fantastic, food great highly recommend trying it all. it is very much a free for all with the usual Germans and others pushing and shoving there way around. Entertainment is very good, lots on daily, location is a little out the way okay if you don't want to leave the resort. We did the boat trip with the guys in the beach and can say for the £30 pounds and adult and £10 a child this was an amazing trip, staff great lots of fun and stuff to do for all. Swimming, cliff jumping refreshments and a zip line.

What an amazing place to have a family holiday. The staff where very helpful and friendly during our stay. The rooms and grounds where cleaned to a very high standard and the food choices where excellent, catering for all tastes. We tried three of the on-site restaurants(free to use but you must book)and they where all very good and the service again was great.
The children loved the pools and slides and the beach was nice but a little too hot for them 🥵 to stay for a long period.
On-site shopping was good but you may pay more than you’d expect for inflatables, crisps etc. So I’d suggest you bring along some snacks yourselves, as we did.
Already looking at rebooking and returning to this superb hotel.

Pros:
Lovely room I like how it’s set out like a little apartment you have the front room area then bedroom kinda thing. Was clean and comfortable. Entertainment tui staff were lovely. Actual hotel is beautiful, we were so impressed by the shopping centre in the hotel, although the staff don’t really accept offers like outside the hotel. Lovely resort looks beautiful and can imagine it’s a lot better in season. Would recommend and would come back.

Cons:

Bathroom isn’t designed as well as the rest of the rooms, not much entertainment for adults although we did go off season (April). Reception staff weren’t that welcoming or friendly not rude but not the best welcome we’ve had. Could have more choice of cocktails but that’s just my personal opinion. Food was all okay desserts were amazing but we found the snack bar wasn’t what we thought it would be. It was more like dinner but with a lot less choice would’ve been nice to have more sneakier things as 1 day we missed dinner. Very random but would be nice to offer hot chocolate on the coffee machines as I’m not a big coffee drinker

It is a great family resort, although program for children is not so thorough as in other Tui resorts. Food is good, but I would not recommend booking the A-la-cart restaurants as they don’t really offer an added value to the existing restaurant. I personally missed windsurf boards for rental at the beach or beach volley playing fields for example. The beach is very nice though.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my wife recently. The room was amazing apologies I did not take any photos of it. Unfortunately I found the food a bit bland to my liking - had little to no taste, but was ok with some spicy sauce or chilli’s. The alcoholic drinks were definitely watered down but I expected this from an all inclusive. The ice cream corner was brilliant! I would definitely come again and maybe venture out to get some local cuisine next time though :)

Me and my sister have just got back from this hotel. We loved it we had a chill out week. Food is great, good choice of meals at breakfast dinner and tea time. Staff are all nice. Rooms great cleaned every day. Coffee and teas stocked up daily. You also get a large bottle of water which is replanted when empty.

We chose this destination on weather and price. But wow. The hotel was amazing, and the food selection was excellent, better than most all-inclusive hotels we have used in the past. The drinks available were on par with most. Nice touch of cocktail of the day! Always clean. Grounds well looked after. The staff are a shining example of great service for the hotel and Turkey. I'm not sure how much more of a complement I can say. We had a great holiday and had no issues with staff, room, food, location, or drink. Well worth every penny spent. Thank you 😊
