We are here atm. Good points: food, pool, beach. Negative points: no service around the pool area need get your own drinks. Mini bar only has soft drinks no snacks, need to walk up 30 steps to get to the pool area, beach, kids club. We booked bunglow room. What a nightmare over 100 steps to get from room to breakfast. Pool area unable to find lounger as towels put down . Spoke to customer relations...

Room was a nice size, can be renewed but not bad at all. Service was amazing, the team there was so welcoming, always greet you with a smile and more than happy to help at any time. Most staffs are fluent in German and can speak good English. Location was very ideal, it was very foresty but has its own private beach. I spent 11 nights with 6 other members of my family at this resort. The staff were fantastic. Could not do enough for you and looked like they really love their jobs, no matter what their jobs were. The location 20 mins from dalaman airport is fantastic. Sarigerme is a small village with bars and restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel. And more fake designer shops than you could need...

We had a very beautiful and relaxing stay here for a week end of September with excellent food, water sports possibilities and some decent entertainment program. You feel very remote and calm surrounded by lot of nature but still have the perks of a 5 star hotel. The service was beyond great. Great place, attentive staff and a great holiday. The entertainment is good for all ages. There is a strong community spirit with getting people playing sports/ games. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone with young families.

Apart from hotel rooms needing a bit of an update really enjoyed everything else about the hotel. Lots to do for kids and adults. The team running the entertainment and kids clubs were excellent, fun and engaging. Direct access pool room definitely worth it. So easy to pop back to room. Never had the feeling the hotel was over crowded. Liked the all inclusive plus aspect.

This was our second visit to the Hilton Sarigerme. What a fantastic resort absolutely amazing. Staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you, service is outstanding. Food is also amazing lots to choose from. Would definitely recommend for families and couples. The spa treatment was also a treat excellent deep tissue massage to rub away your niggles. Very convenient location, easy and very quick to reach from the airport. Room was spacious, cool and immaculate with top quality beds and facilities. Our flight arrived late but the hotel gladly accommodated a very late check in. Breakfast a was excellent. A great spot to rest before moving on to our rental circa 3 hours away. Highly recommend.

I needed somewhere to stay for my last night in Turkey that was close to Dalaman Airport and this was perfect. Communication was effortless. I was able to arrange a cheap airport transfer at the location. They accept both Euros and Lira. The room was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed a home cooked meal while staying there. Highly recommend!

The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are big and beautiful with great WiFi and good service in the reception and the restaurant.

We just had an amazing 5 day vacation here. Good hotel with an amazing staff! Don’t expect the most luxurious rooms at this price range for an all inclusive resort, but they are spotless clean. Excellent service, exceptional food. Staff are attentive and welcoming. While alcoholic beverage options are limited and premium brands incur additional costs, the yoga, water sports, volleyball, functional training and stretching classes are outstanding.

The hotel location is stunning, within a beautiful red pine forest and long sandy beach, the wonderful panorama can be seen from everywhere. The hotel offers plenty of sport activities. It is a great family resort, although program for children is not so thorough as in other Tui resorts. Food is good, but I would not recommend booking the A-la-cart restaurants as they don’t really offer an added value to the existing restaurant. I personally missed windsurf boards for rental at the beach or beach volley playing fields for example. The beach is very nice though.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my wife recently. The room was amazing apologies I did not take any photos of it. Unfortunately I found the food a bit bland to my liking - had little to no taste, but was ok with some spicy sauce or chilli’s. The alcoholic drinks were definitely watered down but I expected this from an all inclusive. The ice cream corner was brilliant! I would definitely come again...

Me and my sister have just got back from this hotel. We loved it we had a chill out week. Food is great, good choice of meals at breakfast dinner and tea time. Staff are all nice. Rooms great cleaned every day. Coffee and teas stocked up daily. You also get a large bottle of water which is replanted when empty.

We chose this destination on weather and price. But wow. The hotel was amazing, and the food selection was excellent, better than most all-inclusive hotels we have used in the past. After spending and incredible 10 nights at TUI blue tropical I literally have nothing bad to say.. the food was really good, lots of choices and even a cute children’s buffet area. Great place. The best resort hotel I have seen.

I chose a hotel for the purpose of maximum rest (relaxation) and reading books. The choice was made perfectly. Great location, perfect cleanliness, great service. Thanks Tui management and all the staff. Definitely recommend. Please note: the hotel is for relaxation (relaxation), it is not a party hotel.
