The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was diverse and delicious. The cocktails had a good alcohol ratio and whiskey options like Black Label, Red Label, and Chivas 12. The downside was the lack of Old Fashioned cocktails. Activities were fun. You can access menus and events through the Hilton Dalaman mobile app.

Service could have been better in main restaurant. Some waiters were standing around talking whilst others had to work extremely hard. The gym was amazing, staff were very helpful and knew very good english. The spa, food, entertainment is spot on too. I would just make one complaint which is that the sunbeds could be a little better but apart from that, a great holiday.

Great place, attentive staff and a great holiday. The entertainment is good for all ages. There is a strong community spirit with getting people playing sports/ games. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone with young families.

Stayed at Alibaba house for an early flight from Dalaman airport. The rooms are recently decorated and freshly furnished. I stayed with two kids and they loved the family room with two extra beds. Host is very friendly and would use this facility again for sure. 👌

Very convenient location, easy and very quick to reach from the airport. Room was spacious, cool and immaculate with top quality beds and facilities. Our flight arrived late but the hotel gladly accommodated a very late check in. Breakfast a was excellent. A great spot to rest before moving on to our rental circa 3 hours away. Highly recommend.

We have just returned from a four day stay and we can wholeheartedly recommend it. The hotel is ideal for families as there is lots to do on-site, additionally there are sizeable and very well kept grounds extending around the pool area over toward the beach. I wouldn’t say bad but still mediocre. It is too crowded, all sun beds are taken all the time, queues everywhere at restaurants, food quality is depending day to day and meal to meal. The rooms and grounds where cleaned to a very high standard and the food choices where excellent, catering for all tastes. It is a great family resort, although program for children is not so thorough as in other Tui resorts. Food is good, but I would not recommend booking the A-la-cart restaurants as they don’t really offer an added value to the existing restaurant. I personally missed windsurf boards for rental at the beach or beach volley playing fields for example. The beach is very nice though.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my wife recently. The room was amazing apologies I did not take any photos of it. Unfortunately I found the food a bit bland to my liking - had little to no taste, but was ok with some spicy sauce or chilli’s. The alcoholic drinks were definitely watered down but I expected this from an all inclusive. The ice cream corner was brilliant! I would definitely come again...

The hotel was fantastic and much better than the website description. It felt like a very exclusive resort with the lodges in the trees and being spread over such a large area. The pool areas were lovely and there were plenty loungers. Unfortunately the pools were too cold to spend much time in, but it was late-October. I had the best time at TUI Blue Seno. Special thank you to all the staff working there (Adem, Elif, girls at reception, people working at the spa, drivers..) they really made our stay exceptional and the resort itself is amazing. Our family of 8 adults joined together from around the world and had a fabulous week at the Seno Blue Sarigerme. We were celebrating significant birthdays and anniversaries. The hotel setting was perfect, beautiful scenery, spotlessly clean, wonderful staff, exquisite food. Thank you all for making our holiday perfect!

This adults only hotel is amazing. The food , rooms, and location are superb. It's positioned on a cliff face, and therefore the less mobile may struggle, but there are continual shuttle buses running up and down, taking you to reception, restaurant, and beach. Pools are clean and large, and sunbeds are plentiful, so there is no need to rise at the crack of dawn. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Beautiful location and excellent food. But I wish the reception staff was a bit better. There are 3 restaurants, an app and website for events, lot's of facilities and more. Would have been nice if the reception staff took the time to introduce the Robinson club to us, explaining more about what you offer instead of us having to find out by ourselves

Excellent service, exceptional food. Staff are attentive and welcoming. While alcoholic beverage options are limited and premium brands incur additional costs, the yoga, water sports, volleyball, functional training and stretching classes are outstanding.

The hotel location is stunning, within a beautiful red pine forest and long sandy beach, the wonderful panorama can be seen from everywhere. The hotel offers plenty of sport activities.
