We are here atm. Good points: food, pool, beach. Negative points: no service around the pool area need get your own drinks. Mini bar only has soft drinks no snacks, need to walk up 30 steps to get to the pool area, beach, kids club. We booked bunglow room. What a nightmare over 100 steps to get from room to breakfast. Room was a nice size, can be renewed but not bad at all. Service was amazing, the team there was so welcoming, always greet you with a smile and more than happy to help at any time. I spent 11 nights with 6 other members of my family at this resort. The staff were fantastic. Could not do enough for you and looked like they really love their jobs, no matter what their jobs were. We had a very beautiful and relaxing stay here for a week end of September with excellent food, water sports possibilities and some decent entertainment program. You feel very remote and calm surrounded by lot of nature but still have the perks of a 5 star hotel. The service was beyond great. Great place, attentive staff and a great holiday. The entertainment is good for all ages. There is a strong community spirit with getting people playing sports/ games. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone with young families.

Apart from hotel rooms needing a bit of an update really enjoyed everything else about the hotel. Lots to do for kids and adults. The team running the entertainment and kids clubs were excellent, fun and engaging. Direct access pool room definitely worth it. So easy to pop back to room. Never had the feeling the hotel was over crowded. Liked the all inclusive plus aspect.

Beautiful location and excellent food. But I wish the reception staff was a bit better. There are 3 restaurants, an app and website for events, lot's of facilities and more. Would have been nice if the reception staff took the time to introduce the Robinson club to us, explaining more about what you offer instead of us having to find out by ourselves

Excellent service, exceptional food. Staff are attentive and welcoming. While alcoholic beverage options are limited and premium brands incur additional costs, the yoga, water sports, volleyball, functional training and stretching classes are outstanding.

We have just returned from a four day stay and we can wholeheartedly recommend it. The hotel is ideal for families as there is lots to do on-site, additionally there are sizeable and very well kept grounds extending around the pool area over toward the beach. I wouldn’t say bad but still mediocre. It is too crowded, all sun beds are taken all the time, queues everywhere at restaurants, food quality is depending day to day and meal to meal. What an amazing place to have a family holiday. The staff where very helpful and friendly during our stay. The rooms and grounds where cleaned to a very high standard and the food choices where excellent, catering for all tastes. It is a great family resort, although program for children is not so thorough as in other Tui resorts. Food is good, but I would not recommend booking the A-la-cart restaurants as they don’t really offer an added value to the existing restaurant. I personally missed windsurf boards for rental at the beach or beach volley playing fields for example. The beach is very nice though.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my wife recently. The room was amazing apologies I did not take any photos of it. Unfortunately I found the food a bit bland to my liking - had little to no taste, but was ok with some spicy sauce or chilli’s. The alcoholic drinks were definitely watered down but I expected this from an all inclusive. The ice cream corner was brilliant! I would definitely come again...

We were there at our summer holidays. They promised us a room for six people. We got one for 5. They didn't have any extra beds so we had to sleep on a tiny coach together. Just for your knowledge they don't have rooms for 6 people. Everything else was top notch. It was clean,nice and comfortable. The position was also very good.

Dolphin apart is a very beautiful and modernly furnished hotel. The apartment was spacious and air-conditioned In every room. There was a bathroom on each floor. Staff was very kind and helpful. Especially the boss is willing to help and advise on anything. I highly recommend

I had the best time at TUI Blue Seno. Our family of 8 adults joined together from around the world and had a fabulous week at the Seno Blue Sarigerme. We were celebrating significant birthdays and anniversaries. This adults only hotel is amazing. The food , rooms, and location are superb. It's positioned on a cliff face, and therefore the less mobile may struggle, but there are continual shuttle buses running up and down, taking you to reception, restaurant, and beach. Pools are clean and large, and sunbeds are plentiful, so there is no need to rise at the crack of dawn. Would definitely recommend this hotel

It was an amazing experience during this pandemic situation exactly the needed one! The hotel is surrounded by nature and has many green areas which you’ll enjoy your time spending here. The employees are quite smiley that you feel like in a family. and while you're here, you must have the spa experience, Turkish Bath and massage a nice will be a nice treat. We’ve been in Castle Resort in September 2019 for almost two weeks. Overall it’s a very good hotel. Rooms are just regular rooms for hotels with big bed, two nightstands, table with chair, minibar, small tv, air conditioner. Everything works, no questions. I had actually booked for The Sarigerme Inn, but due to a technical problem they transferred me to this hotel. It is a complex with several restaurants, a supermarket, souvenir shops and bars. We ate at New Gate restaurant this evening and had a fabulous meal. Steaks all round which were cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was relaxed, with background music which did not compete with conversation great service and quality surroundings. We will be back.

We only stayed one night. Room was small and cosy, but the bathroom was a bit neglected (cracked toilet, broken shower head splashing water all over bathroom). The hotel is clean, but could do with a bit of refurbishing. Breakfast was very disappointing.

Mr. Aydogan and his crew are the among best hosts I have met so far. He also has a very good understanding of the area and helps a big time by explaining attraction spots but also spots that are unique and difficult to find unless someone like Mr. Aydogan tells exactly where to find them.
