The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was diverse and delicious. The cocktails had a good alcohol ratio and whiskey options like Black Label, Red Label, and Chivas 12. The downside was the lack of Old Fashioned cocktails. Activities were fun. You can access menus and events through the Hilton Dalaman mobile app.

Service could have been better in main restaurant. Some waiters were standing around talking whilst others had to work extremely hard. The gym was amazing, staff were very helpful and knew very good english. The spa, food, entertainment is spot on too. I would just make one complaint which is that the sunbeds could be a little better but apart from that, a great holiday.

It was an amazing experience during this pandemic situation exactly the needed one! The hotel is surrounded by nature and has many green areas which you’ll enjoy your time spending here.
