Fantastic holiday at TUI Magic Life Sarigerme! The location is beautiful, food is great and there is plenty to keep you entertained. Staff are lovely and friendly too. There are two pools - one is adults only and the other is for anyone. We enjoyed the Adults only pool and didn’t struggle with sunbeds at all. The water activities are fun! We loved Kayaking over to the other little island opposite. Most guests at the hotel were German, which didn’t bother us at all as we keep ourselves to ourselves. Some of the rooms are a little dated and could do with some love, but all in all we loved our trip and would certainly return!

The average five star hotel with middling food and weak service. The territory is very green and beautiful, the beach is nice, the sea is very clean. BUT there is one moment which simply covers all the advantages of this hotel. You will not find this information either in the description of the hotel on their website, or in the description of the hotel from tour operators. The hotel is located on a hill, there are a lot of stairs on the territory and these are not comfortable descents, but broken steps, which are also not illuminated at night. The hotel staff calls them natural steps. They haven't heard about bugs, elevators, wheelchair descents, there's nothing like that in the hotel. These steps lead from the main building to the beach (about 60 steps), and from the main building to the bungalow complex. The main point - not to book bungalow rooms. We had to climb 132 steps from the main building to our bungalow. Every day we watched a queue of tourists at the reception who wanted to change the rooms and move to the main building. Many of them were elderly people and simply could not overcome such climbs, especially in the heat. In general, the hotel is for young, sporty tourists who like hiking in the mountains. If you are with small children, aged, or have knee problems – choose another hotel.

Great service and hospitality. Great variety of food. Regular drinks were just fine, but can be improved. Main building is great but bungalows can be improved (limited view and laundry noise can be annoying). Ladies at the reception/front desk were great, friendly and all staff were helpful. The view (from the top of the building) and naturally kept facility (the trees and mini zoo) were excellent. The beach and quality of the pool were good too. Had a very nice holiday for seven days from 11th of September. Highly recommended.

Can't fault the hotel one little bit, it's absolutely stunning, the food was delicious up until our second last night. Going for food was truly an excellent experience until I seen the kebab chef cut down the chicken kebab down to raw meat and serve it out to the diner's, now I don't care where in the world a chef comes from its dangerous to serve slightly cooked chicken with raw red juices running down the white meat, cross-contamination...it took me 25 minutes and 3 people to get it sorted. Even then, they didn't see the potential danger in serving half cooked chicken to guests.

Asked at the front desk about making an official complaint and I was given a bit of paper and pen to put it in writing. The next morning I was taken aside with the promise that my complaint will be taken seriously, I met with the operators manager who listened to what I had to say and replied by telling me it never happened (even tho he wasn't there). Things got a bit heated and I asked if he works with food...suddenly he didn't understand me so I asked the the staff to translate for me but when she asked in his own language he just shrugged and lifted his hands to his shoulders. They wouldn't even take the writin complaint from me he just sniggered and walked away.

Both my wife and I are disabled motility issues there was no easy way to get from the hotel to the swimming pools or beach without going down stairs. So someone with worse mobility than us would really struggle.

Overall far from magic and the issue with the chicken kebab put us off going for dinner after that. The hotel was definitely 5 star but the food issue was a dampener for the last two nights.

Wow! This place is absolutely awesome. This was booked as a last minute break and it’s truly been one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived the level of service at this resort was absolutely 5*. The food choices and quality was always top notch. The activities were varied, frequent and incredibly well ran - we loved the aqua-aerobics and the Kubb Viking Chess. And then to top it off there was amazing entertainment - the whole team were so talented and really really friendly. I honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough. We’re already planning our return trip!

We went as a family with ages ranging from 15 up to 74. There was something for everyone and we all had a fantastic time. The hotel was spotless and the staff can't do enough for you. The food was great and there was something new to try every day. The best food I've ever had at an all inclusive hotel. We never got bored- it's amazing that water skiing is included!! We also went out on the canoes a few times which was great. The entertainment team really make this hotel. They remembered all our names after the first night and were just fantastic. The evening entertainment was top quality. Special thanks to Oktay and Brandon who always went above and beyond! The only thing to bare in mind is the steps you need to take from the hotel down to beach/pool area. We used the slope but it was still quite a lot for our Nan who struggled with this. We can't wait to come back!

One of the best stays we had, complex and the rooms were clean and comfortable, the only negative was the way to the bungalow was long and too many stairs to climb, need to figure out a better way to go up there

We had a fantastic holiday every thing was perfect, the food, the housekeeping and the employees are great, the gave us the feeling that we come every year, even Ömer the public area cleaner is great, so good to see how he keep the beach clean amazing In one word our holiday was perfect
