Great service and hospitality. Great variety of food. Regular drinks were just fine, but can be improved. Main building is great but bungalows can be improved (limited view and laundry noise can be annoying). Ladies at the reception/front desk were great, friendly and all staff were helpful. The view (from the top of the building) and naturally kept facility (the trees and mini zoo) were excellent. The beach and quality of the pool were good too. Had a very nice holiday for seven days from 11th of September. Highly recommended.

One of the best stays we had, complex and the rooms were clean and comfortable, the only negative was the way to the bungalow was long and too many stairs to climb, need to figure out a better way to go up there

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience. The hotel features a small zoo where animals roam freely, which is a fantastic attraction for children. The food is exquisite, prepared by master chefs, making every meal a delight. The entire hotel is impeccably clean, with staff members present everywhere, always ready to help with a smile.

The beach is completely sandy, perfect for relaxation. The animations are fantastic, providing great entertainment for all guests. The reception staff were extremely helpful, especially when we needed a late checkout. They assisted us warmly and efficiently.

Overall, this hotel offers a superb combination of excellent facilities, wonderful food, and exceptional service. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Room was a nice size, can be renewed but not bad at all.
Service was amazing, the team there was so welcoming, always greet you with a smile and more than happy to help at any time. Most staffs are fluent in German and can speak good English. Location was very ideal, it was very foresty but has its own private beach. It is about 20 mins drive from the airport and about 10 mins walk to the nearest town if you need an atm. The food was super, the buffet changes the offering everyday and we were also amazed by the variety and quality of food. You can do some watersports for free once a day. Never had to wake up early to get a sunbed by the pool or the beach. Overall an amazing experience, will definitely come back!

We had a very beautiful and relaxing stay here for a week end of September with excellent food, water sports possibilities and some decent entertainment program. You feel very remote and calm surrounded by lot of nature but still have the perks of a 5 star hotel.

The service was beyond great. I had especially a lot of fun with my favorite dancers from the entertainment team Taryn, Jason and Maria. They really did such a great job making you feel welcomed and enjoying some good moments together. Much love to you guys.

I spent 11 nights with 6 other members of my family at this resort.
The staff were fantastic. Could not do enough for you and looked like they really love their jobs, no matter what their jobs were.
The location 20 mins from dalaman airport is fantastic. Sarigerme is a small village with bars and restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel. And more fake designer shops than you could need. Food and drink in the village was fantastic, especially The Paradise restaurant. Best steak I've ever had and I've eaten in some expensive places, but they had nothing on this. A full meal, some 3 course and some 2, including drinks came to £35 a head. 4 of us having Chateaubriand Fantastic.
The hotel is beautiful, grounds are perfectly looked after. Pools are pretty good but not heated. Loads of beds and shade. Loads of games going on and food and drink right there.
The beach was perfect narrow and sandy with grassed area. Tons of beds and shade along with food and drink right there too. The sea is pretty calm and clear all the time. After lunch you get small waves but nothing concerning and there are life guards everywhere.
Lots of water sports to get involved with and games to join in on the beach.
The entertainment team were so hardworking, and talented. It's probably some of the best entertainment in an all inclusive hotel I have experienced. They were out and about all the time remembering everyone's name and making everyone feel welcome and valued.
We had 4 rooms between the 7 of us. They were all of different standards considering they cost the same. From baths to walk in shower, single/ twin beds to double beds. Good storage to hardly any. 2 with a balcony and 2 without, mine without made it difficult to dry clothes. That being said, none were bad, just different. The worst was still good.
The food in the dining room was some of the best I've had with so much choice. The kitchen staff were very talented. I never had to eat the same thing 2 nights running and cleared my plate every time.
My only issue was that the locally branded alcohol was not to my liking. There was no spiced or dark rum and not a large selection of cocktails to choose from. The spirit portion size was a little small and made me feel awkward having to explain every time that I wanted more spirits in the drink because when asking for a double I would get 2 separate glasses with a sing(or smaller) in it. And asking for large one would get a bigger glass with more mixer and still only a single. There was branded drink and better cocktails but this came at extra charge per drink, which for an all inclusive hotel wasn't very inclusive. I would say put the price up a little bit for the holiday and improve the drinks and offer better quality.
That said I would still return 👍
