Unfortunately, I find your response very, unprofessional, and lacking in consideration for my concerns!

I take issue with the implication that I made a “false declaration.” This statement is not only inaccurate but also highly inappropriate!

As a paying guest, I expected a respectful and fair resolution, not an unfounded accusation.

Secondly, while I appreciate that your breakfast service follows certain protocols, this does not justify the dismissive tone or the lack of genuine engagement with my concerns. We choose your establishment with the expectation of receiving both quality service and courteous communication, especially when addressing complaints.

Lastly, I am disappointed that my feedback was not taken seriously. I kindly request that my complaint be reviewed again by someone who can approach it with the professionalism and fairness I would expect from a hotel of your standing.

Watch out they are serving expired food!
This hotel doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Today, me and my mom had breakfast on her birthday: definitely our first and last visit here unfortunately.

There was mold in the cheese, which was so disgusting to see. And one of the cold salads called “meze” was clearly not fresh—it was so sour it burned my mouth!

After giving feedback to the receptionist, (maybe the manager?) she started defending her self and raising her voice which was not professional at all. It shouldn’t be that hard to understad (if you are a professional) that feedback is a chance to win your customers.

When paying full price, we expect quality service, not this kind of experience. Unbelievable, nothing else to say…
