Consists of two 6-storey buildings (main building and an Annex housing) and one-storey buildings Garden.

Beach: own sandy-pebbly 300 m from the hotel. The beach strip of 100 m. bus to the beach: free. Between the hotel and the beach there is a pedestrian road. On the beach umbrellas, chairs, mattresses, towels (Deposit): free.

Mess in the rooms. poor quality food and the same every day. I paid ultra all and only got all included. very very poor quality drinks. Local drinks only. No employee speaks English, not even the manager. Only 2-3 employees at the reception.
If you are not from Russia, you are extra here.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is clearly to be avoided!

We just got back from this unique and beautiful place. The hotel has a beautiful location, good food, clean rooms and really great people who work there. And especially the entire animation team. It is the people who are the heart of this hotel. But the greatest people that we will miss the most are Liza, Luda and Ahmed because they gave us the most joy, fun and heart.
Liza ❤️ - thank you for your smile that welcome us every day, for your good heart and the joy you gave us every day while playing darts and enjoying the evening show.
Luda ❤️ - thank you for your good energy and joy not only when playing water polo but all the time, every day.
And last but not least, Ahmed ❤️ - thank you for your great joy, kindness and smile every day. We already miss your aqua gym and your truly wonderful Zumba time.
We already miss you very much. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this wonderful time. We recommend this hotel to everyone. It was an unforgettable time.

Hotel service and quality is below a 4-star service. It probably was at a height of its glory - but 10 years ago. Now it is in desperate need of a major upgrade, A/C hotel-wide, and cleaning, with an offer of maximum 3-stars. Service staff is rude which, most likely, is due to not speaking English language, or at best, will ignore you. Guest Relations - wonderful lady that will do her best to provide the best service, that she can. If you drink coffee (read: espresso, Turkish or any other decent quality coffee) is not available before 10 AM (!?) in the lobby bar or garden coffee shop. The offered main-restaurant machine coffee is undrinkable. The animation team is doing their best and are the reason of an extra star to this review. Main restaurant's lunch is the poorest of all servings and offerings. Dinner and breakfast feature a decent buffet offer, but as an example, we did not have peaches, bananas or melon offered by the buffet all throughout the ten-day stay. Watermelon is available at dinner, and at the main restaurant-only. Bottled water is available everywhere and is unlimited for all guests, which is a plus. Beach is 5-7 mins walk away from the hotel with a hotel truck/shuttle transportation available from 8 AM - 5 PM. The beach is very crowded in the afternoon and the sea tends to get dirty (as to which the hotel can not do much, I suppose). Hotel features a decent size outside swimming pool, with plastic sunbeds (without mats) around the pool. Towels must be obtained from the Spa and returned by 7 PM - it is not possible for the guests to drop the towels in a bin, past 7PM, e.g.at the pool - replacement is available in the morning, then. Beach volleyball is available in two terrains: next to the hotel, which was terrific, as well as on the beach (direct sun, very hard to use).

Well balance between price and quality. Hotel has to improve the English language of the staff and the fruits offered during lunch and dinner.

I recommend this hotel for family.

Do not recommend! No one speaks English, only Russian and, to top it all, a little Turkish (you feel like you are in Russia not Turkey). All events were in Russian. If they heard us speaking any other language other than Russian or Turkish we were ignored. I do not recommend going to this hotel!!! It is not a 5 star hotel! Peeled doors in the rooms, in the closet mold, very small balconies, unfriendly staff ( only the one who makes pizza on the hearth at the pool bar speaks ugly and swears in Turkish ) otherwise all the staff even if they don't speak English very friendly , diversified food for everyone . If you want to go to this area, learn Russian!
Too bad for the managment ...they should write from the beginning armas kaplan paradise is only for Russians not for English or other nations......my granddaughter was crying every night because the enterteiment team who organize events for children only spoke Russian and the child could not participate because she could not understand anything ....discrimination .....
10+ for the entertaiment and staff ..overall the hotel is good only language discrimination is the problem.

Staff is extrenely rude and disorganized, especially the way they treat women is quiet mysogynistic. Dont waste a minute of your well deserved vacation. Another note on the sea: The sea was also not clean, had a layer of bubble/oil at the surface, I had to rush to the showers afterwards. Not sure if is because of the boats or the sewage pipes going into the sea closeby. In anycase, it feels disgustings.

Used to work there in the past, the worst hotel around. I had felt pity for guests. Food for personal was worse than for dogs. Complaints were very normal things there. Owners used to fight with their own guests. Imagine. Seems like nothing changed. Make yourself a favor and don't go there.

I will never come backup to this hotel.
We where 2 families with children's.
All the time we were staying we didn't see any personal smiling. They don't speak any English(not even basic, we asked for a fork and we received a spoon) and they are not even trying to understand you by signs. They are just saying no and walk away.
We faced multiple times with discrimination. We were treated differently, in a bad way, from Russian people and musulmans people.
Russian people were the most majority of the clients.
All the signs inside the complex are in Russian an Turkey.
I will not recomand anyone to go to this hotel.

Food is great, service is polite and helpful, pool area is awesome & rooms are clean (they even offer to clean them everyday if needed). One thing I think could be better is sound isolation, we could hear everything that’s happening outside, but, with the help of the sea and a lot of sun, tiredness & sleep came quick, so it wasn’t something that bothered us too much.
