The hotel’s location and its design nestled among pine trees were beautiful. The pools designed for children were amazing. The staff’s interaction with guests was extremely polite. The food and breakfast were average. The cleanliness and service quality were quite good. The only downside was that the prices for water sports were extremely expensive.

Our stay was amazing! My mom had a birthday during our stay and the staff went above and beyond making her day very special with flowers, fruits and wine in the room, ending her day with beautiful fireworks and celebrations at dinner. The housekeepers clean the room very nicely every day, the beds are comfortable. The food is very tasty and varied, the surroundings are beautiful and well-maintained. There are water slides, a heated pool, and an indoor pool. The staff is exceptionally friendly and caring, and the animators brighten up every evening—we felt welcomed and among friends.

The hotel was great! The staff is also friendly. The food was great. Lot of different options. The room is okay the only problem is most of the times the room service forgot to put toilet paper.

Cleaning staff were excellent at cleaning our rooms daily and providing clean towels, soap and shower gel.
