Nirvana is one of the best hotels that we have been in . The hotel provides for us a really good holiday were we are never bored . We go to darts and play volleyball all the time . The animation theme always keeps us busy 😃

Room cleaning service has lack of iq and humanity. Bed and pillow sheets and shampoos arent replaced daily. You have to ask for them which is a pain in the a$$. Great place for families with young kids. The staff was great. Downside was the beach with stones and the pool room which didn't had a separate window that could be open during the night beside the balcony door, which was common with other rooms.

The only reason why I am rating this at 4 stars is because the rooms were not cleaned properly. I stayed there 7 days, and in 3 of those days there was no cleaning done and I had to ring reception to ask for it to be done. Besides that, everything was great during our stay. The food is great, the staff os friendly and helpful, the location is amazing, the kids club was awesome.
