Total 551 number.Beach: own sand-pebble beach. There is a platform and a pier. On the beach umbrellas, chairs, mattresses, bar, towels: free of charge. Tents on the beach for a fee.

The most elegant, clean and comfortable place I went to abroad.
In price there is open buffet available all the time, big variety of food, sweets and drinks, everything is quality and very tasty.
Workers are very kind, helpful and professional.
Very nice atmosphere, family (kids) friendly. During day many different activities for any age, it's impossible to be bored here. In the evenings different entertainments, concerts, dance.
For relaxation - wellness and few pools.
Everyone seems very happy in there. I will definitely come back again!
This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel. I cannot find fault with either the hotel facilities or the staff (not that I went looking for it). Staff are so friendly and obliging. The entertainment has been fabulous and the entertainment staff in particular have been brilliant - it is clear to me that everyone is dedicated to their job and ensure that guests have the best experience! Would highly recommend this hotel ☺️👍
I would especially like to highlight one staff member whose kindness and attention to guests left a special impression on me. His energy, warmth and professionalism made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Every meeting with him was filled with a smile and attention, which really contributed to my positive experience.

First of all, service - no one smiles to u, none will offer anything, if u will ask for simple water during lunch/dinner, the waiter will bring it but with plastic cup, not in the glass.
I didn’t feel welcomed at all, only people who are happy to see u - people on the beach, who are offering tours and entertainment for extra money.
We asked for ice cream in the beach bar, they answered something in Turkish…. We asked in other bar near pool, they told us to go to lobby bar. In the lobby bar they send us to patisserie and they finally we got ice cream after walking for like from one bar to another.
I asked the waiter which flavor of ice cream do they have and they didn’t understand what I’m asking them. No one speak English. How could it be 5 star hotel if no one speaks English??
Every time I’m asking staff about smt, I feel like they are bothered with my questions and requests even though I didn’t ask for much.
Yesterday we asked for the wine in the evening in the pool bar, they gave us 2 glasses of white wine but different in colors and no one told us that was the wine we were drinking. Nice for 5 stars 🥲 And wine was in plastic cups, meantime some people were sitting next to us and having wines from normal glasses.
Food is quite poor, it all tastes the same way, not so much meat options. Breakfast has common things, but I didn’t enjoy it at all. Coffee is so bad, we are in Turkey, how coffee be so bad?
Room bar was not refilled during room cleaning
We wanted to go for the lunch and before that we decided to give back the beach towel and apparently u can give it back only until 12:30 and then from 2 pm. Between that they are closed. Really?? And what should I do with wet towel? Take it with me to the lunch? To my room?
And if u will leave in the beach on sunbed, someone will take it and they u will not receive your card for towels back and they will charge u extra during check out.
We are here until 3d of August, we will try to enjoy our stay, but I will never ever recommend this hotel
