Pirate's Beach Club

We have been accommodated this July here and we have a lot of complaints.
1. Reception: First day of coming here the reception staff wanted to accommodate us in another hotel because all the rooms were busy. It means that this hotel has sold more reservations than can achieve.
2. The restaurant: The food is mostly oriental, means spicy, too much tomato sauce and too much kitchen herbs. Anyone that doesn’t like this kind of cooking doesn’t have too much possibilities to choose. The lunch has been served 12:30 – 02:00 pm. The air-conditioning of the restaurant is turned off exactly on 02:00 pm, so if you haven’t finish eating up to this time, you have to eat on 41°C without AC System. It looks like we were in a cantonment or military school. The buffet of starters (appetizers) was without explanation. We have paid ultra-all-inclusive full package and to taste good and several foods we must go to a la carte restaurant which is with payment. If ultra-all-inclusive full package is one level below a la carte, why is it called ultra-all-inclusive?
3. The beach: The beach bar was always closed so we have to go always to the main bar. This means more distance and long queue to be served.
4. Animation: The animators were funny and amicable, but they were almost Russians. They were almost communicating in Russian language so our son didn’t feel good.
5. General: WIFI wasn’t reachable everywhere. The staff was always available to help but what I was surprised nobody is smiling and saluting. Everyone was to much serious.
So, in summary it seemed to me that I was accommodating in a cantonment or military school, and I never will come back in this hotel.

Hotel is good if you are Russian, rarely anyone speaks English and all entertainment for kids (and adults, but who cares) is designed for Russians. Rooms are okay, cleaning is really poor, it comes down do changing the towels, ash trays on the balcony was left full, hair from combing could be found on the floor, I am not sure if sheets were changed, I once left kids sheet next to the bed to be changed and found it where I left it after cleaning. Hair drier was not working properly even after they changed it, it works for 30secs and then warms up and switches off. Food is discussable, and it is mostly just there without label of what actually it is. Stuff not interested to rude, all except the bartenders and animation team. 2 hour drive by bus from airport (we left other passengers to other hotels on the way). Good thing is that rooms are really quiet even though it is full of kids. For beach, buy beach shoes, because it is really rocky beach near the seafront. I don’t see 5 stars here, it is 3 stars if lucky. I believe you can find much better hotel in this area for this money

Rooms: The rooms are situated in bungalows with lovely terraces, which is a pleasant feature. The AC functions adequately, and the beds are comfortable. However, cleanliness is a major issue. The shower area shows signs of mold, and overall cleaning standards are subpar. The cleaning staff simply tidy the beds and use a dirty mop across all rooms, neglecting proper toilet cleaning entirely. During our entire 7-day stay, the bedding was never changed, although towels were replaced daily.
Pools: The pools are in decent condition, but there are only 2 water slides available for a limited time each day. Unfortunately, their operating hours (10-12 and 14-16) are inconvenient, especially in the heat when most children are resting.
Food: The food experience is disastrous. Breakfast offers a meager selection of 17 types of bread, boiled eggs, and American pancakes. The quality of ham and cheese is notably poor. Lunch and dinner lack variety in meat options, with no fish or seafood available, aside from one poorly grilled tuna dinner out of seven nights. Previous years' photos show abundant seafood, but none was served this year. The coffee is equally disappointing, lacking fresh grind and made from an automatic machine.
Service: Service is the hotel's weakest aspect. The staff predominantly speaks Russian or is unable to communicate effectively. Interaction often resorts to gestures and pantomime. Staff members appear visibly unhappy and underpaid, rarely smiling. A particularly frustrating incident occurred when the restaurant lights were abruptly switched off at 21:00, leaving guests to dine in darkness. Moreover, food is cleared as early as 20:40, forcing guests to rush their meals.

The beach at the hotel is decent, and the beach beds are comfortable. However, the entrance to the beach is quite poor and rocky, which can be inconvenient. In contrast, the nearby beach at Rixos Premium is sandy and well-maintained, particularly near Pirates Beach. This highlights that the Rixos Premium hotel prioritizes their guests' experience by ensuring a clean and enjoyable beach environment, unlike our hotel.

We will never return to this hotel, especially considering its high price tag. It does not live up to its purported 5-star rating. I can't understand how others have left 5-star reviews; perhaps they were satisfied with free (all inclusive) drinks and food, regardless of how low-quality and cheap they were.

The first day we were given an old room that smells of dampness, because they had no room, then they transferred us to a bigger room, and it was ok, but the air conditioner broke down and didn't work for a whole day and night! which was unbearable, and they didn't have to change our room, they say that they are full, they say that they moved people to the room below us because the air conditioner is not working, and they didn't remember us, even if we came with a small child. in my opinion the food is bad, they give plastic spoons for dinner! and the staff is very disinterested, only at the reception they know English, the others don't, they only speak Russian and Turkish. in my opinion, this is a 3-star hotel, not a 5.

Tried to make a reservation for friends group with travel agency, agency placed a booking reservation to this hotel 👋 Booking got rejected due to the fact that 2 men in same room are not allowed, you can make conclusions yourself. Not recommended even without visiting. Terrible attitude. If I could I’d give 0.

the worst hotel I've ever been to. reception staff very negative and unprofessional first manager and others. very arrogant. I had my worst experience with this hotel. my father got food poisoning. he passed into an infection, they took him by ambulance because he could not get rid of the pain he had. I paid £1000 to the hospital and they didn't say sorry once as a hotel, but they behaved even worse. they did not compensate us for even a small amount. The recommendation for this hotel is 0
