I went there in 2023 and it was so good and now I’m gonna come back there in July 2025. I hope it will be good like last year like last year. Oh my God it was so good food amazing drinks amazing I give her a five star.

We came back home from this hotel last week, and still can't sort out my impressions. Kinda mixed feelings. Let's start... The room was really nice, it seems it has been renovated, the furniture was new, the bathroom was clean. Although it was a bit far away from the beach and the restaurant also, but we didn't mind walking because the hotel garden is really beautiful. It was on the ground floor so we couldn't really sit on the terrace because we had a feeling we are sitting outside by the pavements where people were passing by so maybe we didn't have much privacy. The room was cleaned every day, the sheets and towels were changed daily as well by a very nice lady. The beach is beautiful, wide, lots of space. The beach toilets were also clean. The sea was so clean and wonderful. Animation for children is very nice also, my son enjoyed spending time in mini club and in the evening in mini disco. Now the food...there is plenty of it, however it is a bit spicy...not sure what to say here, as my son and I both got stomachache the first day we arrived. We used probiotics until the end of the vacation to make sure we are fine. We couldn't really relax. So it was a nice holiday, but had a sense something was missing thus not 5 stars.

I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel to anyone who isn’t Russian. About 98% of the guests are Russian, and many of them unfortunately behave quite rudely and lack basic manners – it feels like they’ve never experienced a proper environment. They give you strange looks if you speak any language other than Russian, as if they forget they’re in a foreign country and not in their beloved Russia. To be fair, the hotel grounds are beautiful, the bungalows are nice and fairly clean. However, the evening shows are mostly in Russian, which was disappointing. It was our first and definitely last time visiting Turkey. The area outside the hotel is terrible – locals try to scam you at every corner. Hotel staff rarely speak English; almost everyone communicates in Russian only. The food was good, but you get the feeling they’re watching you to see if you’re taking or eating too much, which is a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it’s an interesting experience, but I’d only rate it 4 out of 5. Also not all bars were working, didn’t see beach bar working, for spa you need to pay, boat need to pay , restaurant need to pay, many things you will need to pay extra. Pools are cold, slides just very sometimes working.

We enjoyed a lot: very nice animation team, also good kids club, a lot of food, cocktails all day free, last evening it was a great show with acrobatic dancers. 3 pools, great Gardens and plants, a lot of space, ping pong, football, tennis, beach volley, food is good....a lot of choice .... I really recommend the place with kids ....

Nice hotel nice themed lovely beach. Food wasn’t that much variety and catered more for the Russians. Found the hotel wasn’t for English people very little staff spoke English and most the hotel was Russians which wasn’t a problem but found they were a little rough handed with my teenage boys when playing any of the physical games and no one seemed to like to que or use there manners. wouldn’t go back there and wouldn’t say it was a 5* there is a restaurant by the beach behind the slide which was a lot better food than the buffet. Also rooms are really small for a family of five

Most horrible experience.
Our Holiday was canceled just 1 Week prior to come, due to the fact they close on the 31st October but our holiday was booked till 03rd November. Absolutely devastating and unprofessional.

Russians made up 95% of the guests. And that reflected on the quality of the stay. Russians are very loud, messy, arrogant, and behave as if they own the world. The food was poor, it seemed to me like the kind of food that's commonly served in Russia, and it was mostly inedible. When I saw the sausages, cheeses, or scrambled eggs, I wondered how anyone could eat that. Besides, the food was often cold. They only served clean water in 200 ml bottled portions; it's hard to believe they couldn’t set up a dispenser so that everyone could refill (there was only one for overly sweetened sodas). The room was quite alright, although there were still some things that I couldn’t understand. Instead of a duvet or blanket, there were "towels" on the bed for covering. I can’t imagine how anyone can sleep under that. The hotel is mainly set up for children, so I don’t understand why every night at midnight, there was still loud music blasting throughout the hotel, making it impossible for adults, let alone children, to sleep. The hotel seems to place great importance on the disco, with music so loud during the day that it drove people away from the pool. Otherwise, the service didn’t meet expectations either. We waited half an hour to check out, but no one came, so we just took our things, left them a note, and headed to the airport. If you're not Russian or an ill-mannered brute, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I've been in this hotel for 7 days/6 nights on July. The overall experience was good and let me give some more detailed insights:
GOOD.
Rooms were clean and had enough space.
The outside premises were good and a lot of nature (trees, flowers) compared to other hotels that i have visited in Turkey.
Bigger and better focus on Kids entertainment.
NOT SO GOOD
The food options were somehow limited compared to other resorts on this range of expenses.
The inner part of the restaurant was not big and some tables were placed on outer part, but in that kind of temp it was a little bit uncomfortable.
BAD
On the first day they tried to send us to another hotel for 2-4 days, which we didn't accepted.
The minibar was not working at all and i had to go 4 times to the reception to get it replaced.
The water was not available on the sink and we had to call the technician to fixed it.
The door to the bathroom was not an hermetic one, it was a glass one, and in my opinion it was a very bad investment, although it was good visually. A photo attached

The hotel is very beautiful. The territory is green, very clean and well-kept. The rooms are less clean and it is clear that the hotel has had better times. The food is delicious, the choice is varied. The alcohol is not bad, the choice is huge. The beach is wide, it is not difficult to find a free sun lounger. In the morning the sea is calm and clean, after lunch there are small waves. The pool is large, plus there are 3 children's. There are many children. I recommend the hotel.

We have been accommodated this July here and we have a lot of complaints.
1. Reception: First day of coming here the reception staff wanted to accommodate us in another hotel because all the rooms were busy. It means that this hotel has sold more reservations than can achieve.
2. The restaurant: The food is mostly oriental, means spicy, too much tomato sauce and too much kitchen herbs. Anyone that doesn’t like this kind of cooking doesn’t have too much possibilities to choose. The lunch has been served 12:30 – 02:00 pm. The air-conditioning of the restaurant is turned off exactly on 02:00 pm, so if you haven’t finish eating up to this time, you have to eat on 41°C without AC System. It looks like we were in a cantonment or military school. The buffet of starters (appetizers) was without explanation. We have paid ultra-all-inclusive full package and to taste good and several foods we must go to a la carte restaurant which is with payment. If ultra-all-inclusive full package is one level below a la carte, why is it called ultra-all-inclusive?
3. The beach: The beach bar was always closed so we have to go always to the main bar. This means more distance and long queue to be served.
4. Animation: The animators were funny and amicable, but they were almost Russians. They were almost communicating in Russian language so our son didn’t feel good.
5. General: WIFI wasn’t reachable everywhere. The staff was always available to help but what I was surprised nobody is smiling and saluting. Everyone was to much serious.
So, in summary it seemed to me that I was accommodating in a cantonment or military school, and I never will come back in this hotel.
