One of the best resorts over the south west of Turkey!

We have been staying here for six days and are extremely happy with our accommodation. The room is spotless and cleaned daily. The food is outstanding, offering a variety of meats to suit every taste. We dined at the Emerald Restaurant within the hotel, which you can visit once with a reservation, included in the price. The experience was exceptional, with outstanding service and incredibly delicious foods.The hotel boasts stunning gardens, perfect for taking amazing photos. The beach water is exceptionally clean and beautifully blue.
A special thanks to the staff for their kindness and helpfulness. Special mention to Banu from the Animation Team for making our stay even more enjoyable.

Spent at RAI Premium Tekirova 7 nights/8 days with the whole family and everyone loved it! The best thing about this place - great service and extremely nice employees all over the hotel, who are genuinely helpful and friendly. Food was delicious, activities were fun, and shows were very interesting! Besides, the nature and the beach were stunning, in my opinion way better than in Belek! The hotel has several good areas, but my favourite was the bar in the lobby with nice vibes and pleasant personnel, where I could just relax, enjoy lovely drinks/coffee and listen to live piano in the evenings which was amazing. Great service by wonderful people, and great value for money, definitely recommend this place!

Everything in resort was perfect.Food,accomodation,pools,the staff everything was great except that woman at the Market at entrance of resort.She steal from clients.made me paying for two lighters that i didnt take just because they falled down from a little girl. So disappointed from this woman

Good, beautiful and clean environment, the rooms are very good and always cleaned, the staff is always ready to serve you, the animation team is very motivating and always ready to keep you charged with their games, except for the food. we really enjoyed it to the maximum and it is very tasty, thank you RAI PREMIUM

I was very nice surprised by this hotel. Very smart work on dividing hotel’s space in different zones. I liked that kids water park was placed a bit far from the main pool. You can spend time with kids there and then move to more relaxed place, near the main pool. When you want to change location - go to the sea and relax there. We liked panton placed on the sea, not far from the beach. You can easily swim there with kids, relax and come back. It’s like a small journey for kids)) I liked mountains near the hotel. We traveled a lot and enjoyed the nature and interesting places around. The rooms in the hotel are nice and cozy. I enjoyed to make morning yoga on a balcony while my daughter sleep. Spa center is incredible, I do recommend to get a mixed massage at Onur (name). You will be fully relaxed and recovered. The best choice.

Hotel very clean and tidy considering the volume of guests.
Food options are endless and all very good.
Only criticism is that very few staff speak english. All information and staff speak Russian or Turkish. Therefore, as a non Russian speaker, I felt left out. Was not able to leave my son at the kids club as he would not be able to communicate with anyone.

A hotel that you didn't want to leave. High-quality food, children's menu, restaurant service. The children's club and adult animation are super. The pool is cleaned every evening. There is a smoking and non-smoking area on the beach. The hotel is full. I advise anyone who cares about the number to immediately purchase the required category. Deluxe rooms are completely renovated rooms. Quality family hotel.

Now we are in this hotel😊. A worthy five. The room is beautiful with a view of the mountains and the sea, a jacuzzi. Special thanks to gestrelation Olga, any question or request is resolved very quickly with her help. Friendly and responsive Batyr at the reception)). The waiters are very attentive. Everything was fine with the food (maybe there are no lobsters or lobsters for special gourmets)), but no one was left hungry. One thing that is annoying is the delivery, we are used to taking food ourselves, I hope that this is a temporary measure. There is animation, they play with children, and with adults too 😊. The hammam and bathhouse and sauna are free and very Turkish (the photos look like fire)). The sea is very beautiful and quite warm. I recommend it for a family and relaxing holiday (they said that it was temporarily very calm🤣🤣, we asked for at least one noisy party and dancing, quarantine measures and Covid spoiled the fun a little)). It is comfortable to relax in this hotel. The level corresponds to the stated Thank you Queens Park) we will come again
