Sianji Well-Being Resort

-NO WATER AND ELECTRICITY!The basic things; Water and electricity keeps cutting off every day for couple hours in super hot and humid weather and they lied to me about this happened in the whole Bodrum, that was not true because I had a family close by that Airbnb at the same time that we were there and it never happened to them. and I also checked with other hotels and they said they had water and electricity!!
We missed one hour of our yatch tour and photo shooting (about 400$) because there was no water to shower to get ready and electricity to find anything in the room, even the telephone was not working so we couldn't call the reception or room service. My little 2 year old had to suffer and sweat because of not having AC in 38 Celsius and they didn't do anything about it.

We stuck in the middle of our shower several times waiting to get water back and some days we waited 30-40 minutes to have it back. Some days we had to use the stairs( we were on the 4th floor) with all our stuff because there was no electricity to use the elevator. I told Leman(Guest relations) that I was not happy with the services and if they don't make it up for me I will write a review and she said you can do whatever you want!!!

-Super uncomfortable mattress
My husband got a backache because the mattress wasn't comfortable and had curve and we asked for a thick pad or another mattress, they said they don't another mattress but they brought a pad, when they came to change it we saw a big stain of blood on a mattress without sheets. So disgusting and dirty. they tried to clean it but you still could see a big stain! how come that they didn't care about it before when they were changing the sheets! so if you come to this hotel be ready to sleep on a dirty and uncomfortable mattress.

-The AC was making a loud noise and they didn't fix it and we had to ask several times and no one cares.

-The sink was plugged and any time we wanted to wash our hands we had to wait 2-3 minutes to drain the water.

At last when I asked to speak with a manager the last day( because I spoke to him once couple days before our check out and he said he is going to make it up for me when we checked out) Leman told me that he is busy and she will tell all the problems on my behalf and let me know by the end of the day before it gets dark, and of course she didn't get back to me and when we came back to the hotel she was gone and everyone told me that the manager is not here and they couldn't do anything for us. The service was like 1 star hotel! if you book here be ready to have No water either electricity in a hot weather! No elevator and AC.
I emailed and send messages several times to the manager but I did not get any respond. horrible costumer service!!!

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. It used to be a good hotel. The food was nice and the rooms were clean. However, it became the worst hotel in Bodrum. It deserves less than one star. Please don't stay for the following reasons:
1-The air-conditioning was not working in the lobby and restaurants. It was boiling
2- The sofas were old and shabby in the lobby. The furniture was very old and dirty.
3-The sheets were so smelly. We and many guests complained and we were told that the washing and drying machine were not working.
4- The staff were not friendly and the funny thing they sit and eat in the restaurants as we do. Breakfast lunch and dinner and they take priority in the queue for food to be taken inside for them to eat.
5- The food options were limited and the menu was nearly similar every day. Old lunch food was sometimes served for dinner after preheating. The Chef needs to be changed. I found hair in the food, plastic rubber band and dead insects. Unhygienic

6- The check in has been delayed by one hour and half.

7- The staff were handling food with their bare hands. We have asked them to handle it with gloves and they said we don't have gloves.
8- The water was cut during our stay for 20 minutes. No toilet.
9- The electricity was cut for about 10 minutes.
10- Fighting cleaners in the corridor and our room was not cleaned for two days. No soap or toilet paper. We called the reception many times but to no avail.
11- The staff didn't speak English and were so amateurs.

The hotel deserves less than one star.
