Couldn't have asked for a better relaxing holiday, service was amazing, served with a smile, nothing too difficult and we made sure the staff were appreciated by thanking them for an excellent service, there were some people staying from different cultures that didn't seem to treat staff as well as others, and also their children were very disrespectful to staff and other guests

all fully inclusive drinks, food the lot booked through Miles Morgan travel agents for just over £1500 per person including in that price for 11 nights is flights & private transfer in a luxury vehicle with drinks to Xanadu island hotel complex with luxurious apartments with luxury bathing soaps,shampoos & other accessories

so many other things free in your rooms ,see my pictures for more details. The people here are exceptional make you feel like family. These staff are professional in everything they do & I can’t speak high enough of them

Kind and smart service people. Comfortable rooms & sun beds. Delicious food, lunch and dinner options and quality is very good. I especially advice Bafra Pide and Italian A la Carte Restaurant. Thanks to Yusuf Chef.

I think the staff are aware of this and treat accordingly. I don't understand some of these cultures and why they are like that, we are all human beings and deserve to be treated the same way

Lovely holiday destination, rooms, food, people are fantastic. Facilities excellent, plenty for young and old

Beach is very near basically it is the closest beach having in mind I have been in different hotels. Overall this is the place that has everything and especially the service and very helpful staff for everything

Location is the most remote and isolated part of Bodrum but the water is the clearest, even swimming with the fishes. The beach is amazing, there is a small sandy beach area for the little ones

No need to "reserve" a sunbed at all, there was always plenty of empty sunbeds whether it was on the beach, promenade or by the pool

A lot of activities that were done during the day in the pool / beach but also in the AMPHITHEATER. Snacks (burgers, pastas , deserts ) offered a lot during different hours during the day 24 hours were offered

If you want to watch something online or browse internet in general - forget about it. Almost non-existing connection around the hotel and pool and ZERO internet on the beach

I am not sure why people complained in the past about cleanliness but there are really lots of people maintaining it. Variety of food, lots of different dishes that were made with care and love

Great stay and good value for money. We regretted only staying for 3 nights instead of 6 nights as the other hotel has bad service while we enjoyed our time at your hotel

Nice welcoming and support from Ms, Marwa and Yerkem they were so sweet and hospitable. Would definitely recommend for friends and family

Rooms have post modern touch with functional Swiss design. Clean and elegant. Panaroma is beautiful and all details are very well thought. Sea is wonderful. Breakfast is so nice and the staff is talented.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is fully equipped and the rooms are spacious also the breakfast was delicious

 I would definitely recommend this. The outdoor swimming pool was large and clean, and the indoor pool had a jacuzzi, and the fitness centre was well-equipped. The hotel has free parking with a valet parking service

Although the coffee machine in the room wasn’t functioning and we got a new one that wasn’t functioning as well therefore needs to be serviced. However overall, we are happy and comfortable with our stay

Otherwise, a nice small hotel, you have everything you need like beach, pool, main restaurant and a snack bar, nice rooftop bar on the 3rd floor with a great view (which for some reason no one tells you about although it's the best spot), and a nice hamam and sauna

It didn't bother me at all that the hotel is a bit older, but you can see that they invest in it, the most important thing for me was that the entire staff is friendly, always ready to help with anything

The beach is nice preferably better than the pool area,it’s situated in a beautiful area. Ask the workers for anything you want

If you are one of those who criticize the food here, you won't be able to because everything is excellent. All in all, I am very satisfied and I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a good rest

Workers and waiters are so nice and kindness. In my opinion this hotel deserve more than 5 star. I really enjoyed it at this hotel and specially the party at night was so fun

I have no complaints about the food, everything was at a high level, especially sweets, cakes, drinks in sufficient quantities

As for the food, everything I ate was delicious, and there was a lot of choice for everyone. You could always find sunbeds on the beach and at the pool if you arrived no later than 8:30 in the morning

Facilities were OK and private beach just outside hotel. Local bars and shops are cheap

Ideal location just off the beach and a lovely walk from one end to the other from the designer shops by the marine along to the other end

It's got great sights, because of the mountainous terrain you sure will catch a great glimpse as you ride in the elevator, the canteen overlooks pool side and beach front, serving sumptuous dishes you will love if you are a foodie

The location of the resort, the beach and the swimming pool was amazing. Our room had a view to the sea. The room was clean and big enough

It is my best place to come , i have been coming here for almost 18 times in the last 20 years , detox here is my Destination, staff are a big family and so friendly, weather in Bodrum is so nice all over the year , i came even in February is nice sunny weather, my most visited Hotel in my entire life

It has beautiful trees and paper flowers and a very nice private beach and the pools were very clean The rooms were stylish, modern and clean, and the decor of the rooms is much more stylish and better than the photos, and it seems like they renovated the entire rooms

This hotel is located in a very stylish and beautiful area, but far from the city, and there are no shopping centers or attractions around the hotel, but the area is very quiet and beautiful, and if you are a fan of shopping and crowded places, this hotel is far from the city

For the adults the best thing about the beach is there is a wonderful little beach bar which sits on the water just a couple of paces away, for the kids take a bread roll and fed the fish off the end the bar (trust me they will love it)

Breakfasts were very basic to be honest but edible,lunches the same but there is an Al a carte restaurant by the beach which serves food all day and much better lunches and cooked to order

Beach: Great thing about the beach is it's a private beach on the grounds of the hotel, it us a man made sand beach so don't expect golden fluffy sand, it is sandy but with some small stones mixed in

Got a snack bar by the pool and one by the beach which does free ice lollies for the kids. Drinks: Everything is free, anytime of the day and as long as you can keep standing

Beach's outside the hotel are rubbish and looks like a bit of a ghost town

Food: It's an All inclusive buffet so it's never gonna be Michelin Star quality but it wasn't slop either. Themed nights were good, the fish night was great (if you like fish) good crab and shrimp the size of a baby whale

A brilliant all inclusive resort. Smaller than many in Turkey but great food, beautiful surroundings, attentive staff that deliver great service. You arrive as a guest but are treated like family

The reception staff, the bar staff, the restaurant staff, the animation team, they do everything they can to make your stay perfect. So much so I've already booked again for next year

Overall, the hotel is very clean kept and we will definitely come back to Kadikale

Queues for all food at the serve yourself meals counters. Very good and many staff on collection of all used crockery and miscellaneous items. Housekeeping is an activity which is in full view and much appreciated

We spent a week at the Kadikale hotel and we had a pleasant stay. the food was excellent and the staff fantastic, Warm, Friendly and nothing was too much for them

We have stayed 3 times at this hotel and I can say that each time the location has improved the services. The rooms were cleaned daily. Also, we had our towels changed every day. The beach area was cleaned every evening

the main two cons that the hotel could improve are the reservation of sunbeds at the pool and beach, by leaving the towels for a few hours, the service should collect them

Excellent food. Clean beach and sea. Compact green area. Animation at a height, Jan did not let me get bored, the girls from the mini club are just super !!!! I recommend this hotel to families with children!

Armonia is a desant place to spend your holiday with family. Frendly people, great food, 3 pools + small one for kids, beach with water sports. Small rooms of medium standard. Wi-Fi with good coverage but not too fast.

- - Sea was clean and cold(in june) - it was convinient to beach, return to pool, using beach furnitures etc. -+ - - Pool was alittle bit small especially toodler pool was so small

Medium level all included hotel in Turgutreis region of Bodrum. Deserts, meat, Turkish cousin etc. Quality and taste of food was avarage. +- Breakfast was also rich but same here, quality and tastes were avarage

Very beautiful place with private beach (with umbrellas and sunbeds) right near hotel. Very clean and very quiet hotel. All balconies with view on the sea

On private beach was only residents of hotel so space was enough between sunbeds (on others beaches they stay very close to each others)

You can order food and drink right from the beach. I personally like receptionist Elif Hanim. She is super nice, friendly and helpful. Actually all the service workers in hotel are very friendly and helpful

Regarding the beach (not the hotel)

The rooms were partially clean, the WC was clean, the bathroom had a bathtub and hair was blocking the drain. Face towels were not very clean. 460 TL for 2 people including breakfast, breakfast ends at 10 o'clock

The infrastructure is very bad. While I was trying to turn off the bath water, I turned it on too much. Suddenly, yellow water filled the bathtub, and the water came back down the drain. A hotel in need of renovation

Clean dinners on the beach are served not at the hotel, but at the tables set up on the platform on the beach, in the form of soup, salad, cold appetizers and main course, which change every day

The breakfast, the dinner, the sea, the beach are legendary, especially the friendship on the beach is priceless. I hope we will be there again this year

To swim in the sea, you need to walk around 300 meters from the hotel's beach

Don't mind me saying that it is a place that I don't want to return to after the holiday that I have been going to for 3 years with great excitement. If you have a pet friend, you can definitely go there without thinking

Unfortunately, there is a shortage of staff, and the order you placed took 1 hour to arrive, which made us very tired. The last day was a little more orderly. I hope they solve this issue with the season
