Couldn't have asked for a better relaxing holiday, service was amazing, served with a smile, nothing too difficult and we made sure the staff were appreciated by thanking them for an excellent service, there were some people staying from different cultures that didn't seem to treat staff as well as others, and also their children were very disrespectful to staff and other guests

Wonderful hotel located in an enclosed Bay. The perfect place for a family holiday with the kids. Large green and beautiful,well-kept grounds. Pools,slides,playgrounds all at your disposal

Very nice resort hotel in Bodrum torba. Beautiful infinity pool with an ultimate length of 60-70 m. Thanks to Yasar Usta and team we had delicious dishes which changes regularly

Rooms are new renovated and have comfortable size. We loved the rain shower!!! Sanitation: everything new! High season challenge like in every hotel

*****HONEST REVIEW***** First of all, my room 8102 was perfect, the view from the room and 95% of the rooms are located with a sea view

Shout-out to the lifeguard team at the main pool who were challenging guests not to walk with/drink drinks in the pool to avoid them being spilled into the water

I am not sure why people complained in the past about cleanliness but there are really lots of people maintaining it. Variety of food, lots of different dishes that were made with care and love

The room was always clean every day of my 7 day stay in here, the housekeeping always cleaned my room so that was worth the tip, and also in all the facilities the cleanliness was perfect

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. There were quite a few issues: • The beach service was disappointing. There was no professional service at the beach; nobody came to take our order

Edit: After we gave feedback, The Hotel tried their best to feel us better, and this changed everything. So I have changed my opinion for overall score. My experience at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows

• We requested a double bed and received confirmation via both the front office email and their WhatsApp number, but we found two twin beds in our room. After unpacking, we had to repack to change rooms

Even when we managed to order from a waiter, the food never arrived. • Housekeeping was noisy from early morning and very late in attending to requests

We had a little problem with the breakfast variety but I was not a big deal. All the other restaurants around are good especially HADI BALIK, it was our favorite seafood spot and very tasty

Great stay and good value for money. We regretted only staying for 3 nights instead of 6 nights as the other hotel has bad service while we enjoyed our time at your hotel

Rooms have post modern touch with functional Swiss design. Clean and elegant. Panaroma is beautiful and all details are very well thought. Sea is wonderful. Breakfast is so nice and the staff is talented.

 I would definitely recommend this. The outdoor swimming pool was large and clean, and the indoor pool had a jacuzzi, and the fitness centre was well-equipped. The hotel has free parking with a valet parking service

Although the coffee machine in the room wasn’t functioning and we got a new one that wasn’t functioning as well therefore needs to be serviced. However overall, we are happy and comfortable with our stay

I would especially like to greet and single out these 2 guys, Ayhan and Murat Barmen, who greeted all the guests at the pool bar with a smile and positive energy every morning

With an all inclusive package you get to eat and drink as much as you can or want from morning till night time. There’s a pool table and a table tennis I loved playing

I have no complaints about the food, everything was at a high level, especially sweets, cakes, drinks in sufficient quantities

If you are one of those who criticize the food here, you won't be able to because everything is excellent. All in all, I am very satisfied and I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a good rest

This hotel is located in a very stylish and beautiful area, but far from the city, and there are no shopping centers or attractions around the hotel, but the area is very quiet and beautiful, and if you are a fan of shopping and crowded places, this hotel is far from the city

At night, the road is very dark and you cannot leave the hotel in night The hotel is very beautiful and has a beautiful and peaceful garden in every sense, you sleep with the beautiful sound of owls at night and the sound of all kinds of birds in the morning

Breakfasts were very basic to be honest but edible,lunches the same but there is an Al a carte restaurant by the beach which serves food all day and much better lunches and cooked to order

Got a snack bar by the pool and one by the beach which does free ice lollies for the kids. Drinks: Everything is free, anytime of the day and as long as you can keep standing

Beach's outside the hotel are rubbish and looks like a bit of a ghost town

Food: It's an All inclusive buffet so it's never gonna be Michelin Star quality but it wasn't slop either. Themed nights were good, the fish night was great (if you like fish) good crab and shrimp the size of a baby whale

Great little market on Saturday. There is nothing else to do around the hotel, if your just a couple it's fine as you can visit all the fun bars but if you have kids there is not much in the local area to do with them

Location: This is the only down side I'd day, not much to do outside the hotel, walk into town and there are local tourist shops selling all you fake favorites which are actually good quality for what they are

A brilliant all inclusive resort. Smaller than many in Turkey but great food, beautiful surroundings, attentive staff that deliver great service. You arrive as a guest but are treated like family

The reception staff, the bar staff, the restaurant staff, the animation team, they do everything they can to make your stay perfect. So much so I've already booked again for next year

Queues for all food at the serve yourself meals counters. Very good and many staff on collection of all used crockery and miscellaneous items. Housekeeping is an activity which is in full view and much appreciated

We spent a week at the Kadikale hotel and we had a pleasant stay. the food was excellent and the staff fantastic, Warm, Friendly and nothing was too much for them

We have stayed 3 times at this hotel and I can say that each time the location has improved the services. The rooms were cleaned daily. Also, we had our towels changed every day. The beach area was cleaned every evening

the main two cons that the hotel could improve are the reservation of sunbeds at the pool and beach, by leaving the towels for a few hours, the service should collect them

- - Sea was clean and cold(in june) - it was convinient to beach, return to pool, using beach furnitures etc. -+ - - Pool was alittle bit small especially toodler pool was so small

Medium level all included hotel in Turgutreis region of Bodrum. Deserts, meat, Turkish cousin etc. Quality and taste of food was avarage. +- Breakfast was also rich but same here, quality and tastes were avarage

Very beautiful place with private beach (with umbrellas and sunbeds) right near hotel. Very clean and very quiet hotel. All balconies with view on the sea

On private beach was only residents of hotel so space was enough between sunbeds (on others beaches they stay very close to each others)

No need to mention the sea view of the room. The rooms are a little old, but it's very friendly environment. it worths for every penny for those who are looking for calm hotel with a great view

The on site spa ♨ is worth a visit, one of the best Turkish baths I've had. The hotel is about 20 minutes drive from Bodrum, in a very quiet area so if your looking for parting this isn't the hotel for you

Food was basic, we booked the swim up room and had no sun light there for the duration of the holiday, make sure you ask for the sunny side.. entertainment was good, October fest was fun! Overall it was a good holiday
