Beach: private sandy beach and adjacent to a public beach, first coastline. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – free, towels – for the Deposit. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade. The length of the beach – 100 m.
The hotel offers a food on system "all inclusive". Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner buffet. Freshly squeezed juices and alcoholic drinks of import manufacture - for a fee. Non-alcoholic and alcoholic local beverages, soft drinks, tea and coffee, ice cream - for free.

The hotel is old and well-maintained. The only complaint I have is about the pillows, which I couldn't sleep on because they were too hard. As for the food, everything I ate was delicious, and there was a lot of choice for everyone. You could always find sunbeds on the beach and at the pool if you arrived no later than 8:30 in the morning. As for the bugs in the rooms, my goodness, they come in from outside. All in all, I was satisfied.

This hotel takes 2 out of 10 only location and food!!!
1 for location, its next to Bodrum Marina- a bazar with cheaper prices than the city center and a really nice mall by the marina with multiple restaurants and shops, there is a Migros as well and a private beach.
2 for food. It is all inclusive as in breakfast, lunch, snack and lunch. Drinks are for free all day long.
Food is ok, my tummy didnt suffer much from it. Free water all day long as well!
VERY NOISY. DJ is on from 10 to 5 then from 7 till midnight with karaoke and live music
The rooms are extremely old. We booked a suite it should come with two rooms and two acs. The reality is that it is only one ac serving both rooms whereas the second room is a bunk bed only.
No wifi available in rooms, only reception and barely in the restaurant/pool area
The towels are very dirty and smell bad, shower handle was broken and the center bathroom light was not working. We told them multiple times and no one came to fix it.
The room facilities are only a shower gel and hand gel no more!
No slippers, kettle, fridge was very smelly. We had to tip the house keeper to ensure that the room is perfectly cleaned. We did that twice and on the day we didnt stay during her presence, she didnt clean the room nor put the free water!
This is not a 4 stars hotel, i’d give it a 2.

We stayed at this hotel from 1st to 15th of August.It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. this hotel should be 2 star not 4.Do not take TUI's rating, because every UK guest had made a complain about this hotel while we were there.
The food is same every day. The meat cooked early in the day being served for lunch and dinner. I had to walk to the chemist at 2am to get some drugs because I had diarrhoea.
Rooms are dated . Aircon don't work, shower cubical get flooded while taking shower drainage problem.

Everything was perfect at the Mandalinci Hotel, where we spent 5 days. Our hotel is right next to the sea and our pool inside the hotel was clean and well-kept. I was really pleased that the hotel staff was friendly and took excellent care of us, and that our rooms were clean and cleaned every day. I was also very pleased that the friends who organized the night entertainment were friendly and cheerful. I would like to thank the hotel staff for helping me have a nice holiday for 5 days.

Overall, our stay at Yelken Mandalinci Spa & Wellness Hotel was extremely disappointing. The unprofessional service, unsafe conditions, constant noise, and lack of basic amenities made our holiday far less enjoyable than it should have been. This is the first time I have ever complained while holidaying abroad; we usually just go with the flow, especially when it comes to minor issues. I’ve never before requested to be moved, but in this case, I did, only to be told that the hotel was fully booked and that we couldn't be accommodated by TUI elsewhere. I know that some guests were moved, but as we were a party of six, it seemed more difficult for them to make arrangements for us. Despite our best efforts to make the most of our trip, the numerous issues we faced were impossible to ignore. We were informed that the hotel received a 4-star rating primarily based on its location. If the hotel was not in this location it would barely scrap a 2-star. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay in Turkey.

Lovely hotel and staff very willing to help if needed. We didn't do the spar experience, but it looked very nice what we saw of it. Beautiful pool area and bar was great. Staff were lovely and friendly. The only real problem we experienced was the food. It was always cold or tepid, they didn't appear to use hot water reservoirs to keep the food hot when serving. Ideal location just off the beach and a lovely walk from one end to the other from the designer shops by the marine along to the other end. Beautiful.

Awfully loud. If you're looking rest and peace- forget about it. Disco music in pool and eating area, even you can hear it on the beach from 10 am until 23 or 24 pm.
Sink was blocked. Needed 3 days to get it sorted.
NO wi fi in rooms! Very poor connection in reception, eating area.
Not great food selection. Rooms very poor.

Loved it reasonable all inclusive. Food and drink plentiful and staff were really friendly and helpful. I asked for a room change due to unforeseen suitable view and was moved straightaway. Room cleaned each day. Facilities were OK and private beach just outside hotel. Local bars and shops are cheap.
