Very cool hotel with awesome views of the valley and hot air balloons in the morning. Loved the breakfast. Özcan akgün provided great service which made our experience there even better. The room is made in a Turkish style which we all loved. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The prices on their menu are not what you pay. It’s one thing to be ripped off, and it’s another to be outright scammed, these people are THIEVES!!! Thanks for the 3 wines for €45, and you didn’t even have WiFi connection. Worst bar ever. Avoid at all costs.

It was cosy, and serene feeling when I step into the lounge area. Such friendly staff who have been so helpful and gave me such a warm hospitality. You feel like you have been transported in time. A short visit that was so memorable. Thank you for the lovely time.

Try their hot tea. All of them are marvelous! Get Suat Gezici to assist you. He such a knowledgeable and very helpful. I have experienced very nice moments here with nice and epic yet historic backgrounds of the castle. The restaurant very strategic

Delux oda rezerve yaptırdık fakat normal odadan hiçbir farkı yoktu hiçbir özelliği olmayan bir otel. Son dakika olduğu için konaklamak zorunda olduğumuz oteldi. Odalarda mini dolap yok, ısıtma yetersiz. Odanıza bilginiz olmadan görevli giriyor. Anlam veremediğim mükemmel puanlama neye göre verilmiş.

I loved this place - i was here in late Jan 2023. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING and I ate so much. The rooms were beautiful and clean and well maintained, however the safety lock did not work.
The service was great, I had a long chat about travelling in Turkey with Mr Ahmet at the front desk. Him and the other staff, especially the lady at the breakfast tables, were so nice to us the whole time.
The location is perfect, surreal views and good proximity to other restaurants nearby.
Bonus points for this place because i saw snow fall for the first time from the windows of my room in this hotel :)

Very nice experience. Everything was perfect. The view and panorama from my room was spectacular. I could see the balloons at sunrise directly from my room :) I fully recommend it. I will be back very soon. Thanks to the staff for their kindness.

Location : The location is great but the hotel is noisy. Indeed, there is a rooftop with music and it is may be too high if you want to be quiet after a long day of activity. Room : We were in a standard room and It is a standard room. Nothing really to say about that except that we were surprised that the room is not clean everyday (the 2nd day the cleaning girl come and we had to ask for new towels.. it seems that it was not planed). The bed is ok. Breakfast : No continental breakfast.. you have to ask for coffee or juice. However, becareful.. Americano/Expresso are not including - only Turkish Coffe - and the info is not provided by the waitress. You have to pay 150TL (near 4euros) for that and fresh juice is not including as well. Breakfast start late at 8:30.. not very practical for early morning people or if you flight is early. We asked when we arrived if something can be done due our to the early living. The people at the reception agreed but unsupprisingly, nothing was ready when we do the check out. Overall : Activites : very cool choice. We did the red tour and it was a nice experience. However, you pay more if you pay by card. They said is due to bank charge.. not very fair from my point of view. People : don’t expect people to smile.. don’t expect them to say hello as well. They look pretty busy with their smartphone. Globally : we didn't choose this hotel, it was part of the agency package. However, I really dunnot recommend this hotel.
