Grand Cappadocia Hotel

Couldn’t have wished for a better hotel for our stay in Göreme. Highly recommend the hotel for their nice rooms, perfect location and quality beds. Wake up early and see the balloons fly over from the top floor, where later in the morning an amazing breakfast buffet will be waiting for you.

Loved every minute of our stay very helpful staff. Great rooms + a swimming pool. And it's only 4 years old, which was a surprise.... Thank you 😊

Very centrally located. Room is very clean and hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and the food was great. Will stay here again when visit goreme.

One of my favourite ever hotels, not just in Turkey but of all time. The room is clean, spacious, comfy, and the terrace has excellent views of the stunning landscape and balloons flying in the morning. Plus, the breakfast was really good. I loved the service here, from the people at the front desk to the kitchen and cleaning staff, always with smiles on their faces. And not to mention, the location is super convenient to explore Goreme and the surrounding towns. Highly recommended. 10/10 will stay again

By far the best hotel during our two-week trip around Turkey. The location is perfect, with all activities within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious, looking even better than in the pictures. We stayed on the 3rd floor with a pool view. The terrace is amazing and a cool spot for photoshoots. We had it all to ourselves on the day we stayed. The pool area is very beautiful, although the pool itself was a bit cold, which was refreshing after a day of hiking. The hotel staff were welcoming, and breakfast on the terrace offered a beautiful view.

We loved everything about our stay. If I ever return to Cappadocia, I would definitely choose this hotel again

One of the best hotels I've been to! Its architecture is amazing, the rooms are big and super clean (the bathroom is insane!); there is one small swimming pool to enjoy the hot weather; the rooftop has an amazing view to the balloons; the breakfast has a bit of everything (fruit, different types of bread, cheese, salad, different drinks). But above all, the staff's hospitality is the best part: they are always willing to help, super patient, smiley, and good people!
If I go back to Cappadocia, for sure this will be my first choice!

I did not want a cave hotel, the predominant style of hotels in Goreme, due to claustrophobia of being without windows and the absolute need for an elevator . Plus the hotel had to be close to downtown restaurants, to avoid long walks and steep slopes, due to knee and feet issues. Nor did I care for a so so ambience . After much searching, I came upon this hotel: it has a lift to the rooms AND the rooftop terrace and breakfast area , is fairly new , and is very close to downtown. It has a pool, but it was not tempting due to outside temperatures in the 44 to 58 degrees Fahrenheit range. I loved the Suite room due to its spaciousness, several windows , and large bathroom with a hot tub. Sinan , the go to guy at the front desk, spoke and wrote impeccable English and we had several emails , wherein he helped setup the balloon ride, shuttles , and red tour. I am very happy with his guidance that we should do the balloon and tour on the first day. This way , if the balloon got canceled ( which it did) , I had another chance the next day. Their sitting area next to the lobby is well furnished, and it was cool to sit on the verandah outside and on the rooftop terrace. The breakfast was good and the servers were attentive to clearing up. In a nutshell: stay here , if caves are not your thing, and must have an elevator. I have read reviews of hotels that had ground floor rooms, but the guests had to go upstairs as those rooms were booked. There were other hotels that had an elevator, but you still needed stairs for the rooftop : you need the rooftop access for breakfast and to watch the balloons.

What a wonderful hotel!! The host who checked us in was very warm and welcoming! He made sure that we were comfortable during our stay! The breakfast had a nice selection of Turkish a western options to choose from.

We had also booked an airport transfer and a day tour. Everything worked out perfectly well!

From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel like you are royalty.
The place itself is impeccable from the lighting to the artwork to the rooftop lounge for breakfast and over to the rooftop lounge on turkish rugs and overstuffed giant pillows.
Welcome to paradise, where the poolside rooms are cut into the rock, and the beds are so comfortable you think you've died and gone to heaven.
Nothing is too large or small to ask for from the staff. This truly is a 5 star hotel in a place that looks like it's another planet.
Do yourself a favor and stay at least a week to see it all. Go on a sunrise Ballon ride and rent 4 wheelers for transportation.
I found the WiFi to be completely fast!! Not sure what the other reviewer was doing wrong.

Nice hotel with nice clean rooms. Good suitable location. Nice view from the roof, where you can have some rest. There is a pool, which is good. However Wi-Fi is just horribly slow
