We were welcomed by a lovely lady on reception. It was only her second day on the job but she was exceptional.
When she showed us to the room, it was breathtaking. The view out over the Fairy Chimneys was phenomenal, the location is definitely worth the trip to Uchisar.
The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and they serve cold Efes on the sun terrace.
This hotel was the highlight of our trip to Turkey.

The quality is low for such an hotel who has amazing Uçhisar view. Cant say staff was behaving bad but they were weird. The hotel could have be managed. The breakfast they offered to customers was disaster. The only good thing was the view.

Great stay! Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly service, stunning views!! The pool was great to cool down in hot summer. Staff are happy to help book tours like balloon rides but you might get a better price booking direct. 5 stars for the breakfast too! And romantic Turkish live music in the evenings!!

We stayed for 5 days in this hotel because we were influeced by their impressive picture on their website. However, we were quite dissappointed .
During our whole stay, our wifi and tv didnt work. We wanted to take nice pictures on the roof, but the reality looked different. The carpets were very old and used.. very unkempt.
Restaurant: Horrible service. Very unattentive and no knowlegde of the english language.
Staff: 5/5 very friendly and welcoming.
Overall: The Location was really good and very close to shops but you can see that this hotel needs urgently a refurbishment. It got scruffy during all these years.

This deserves a 5 star hotel review. It’s exceptional service, comfortable rooms, stunning views, and the warm atmosphere and genuine hospitality has left an imprint. I’ll certainly be back and recommend. It’s a beautiful hidden gem that captures the true essence of Cappadocia.

This hotel is a total gem! The view is probably the best in the whole Town, the hotel is high quality for a ridiculously low price. The breakfast was unbelievable. The stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. But it is the view that is totally and utterly fantastic. Highly, highly recommended!

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, cozy and picturesque rooms, a whole buffet served to my table for breakfast (just for me !!), oh and the view... spectacular!
