Dervish Cave House & Restaurant

The place where "anything is possible". We had a wonderful time staying in Dervish Cave House. The rooms are great and large, the staff is so friendly and Sheyda just answered all our questions with "anything is possible". She organized day trips, taxi's, gave great advice about local sights and things to do. The breakfast was included and enough to last you the entire day. They have a great rooftop bar where you can watch the balloons in the morning and Oscar's Restaurant have the best food. We highly recommend Dervish Cave House. Sheyda is the best hostess!

The hotel was amazing, service, food and customer service were great. We traveled from US and will definitely travel back to this hotel in we come to Cappadocia. Especially appreciate: Sara, Faeze, for the breakfast every day and Sayda and Halil from the hotel front desk and management for their help every morning for tours, room assistance and etc.

Cave hotels can be humid if you choose the wrong way, but this place is very refreshing and clean. All the spaces are clean. The bathroom is big, fragrant, and there is also a large bathtub. The warmth and kindness of the staff made a lasting impression, especially Sheida, who went out of her way to ensure we felt completely at home. From thoughtful hospitality to generous help with anything we needed, her care made our stay extra special.
One of the standout highlights was the terrace—the view alone is reason enough to return. Watching the sunrise as dozens of hot air balloons floated above the valley was magical, and the nighttime view was equally breathtaking, offering a peaceful glimpse over the illuminated landscape. Sipping a glass of refreshing limonata at the top terrace as the scenery unfolded around us was the perfect way to unwind. This stay was truly unforgettable, and I’d recommend Dervish Cave House to anyone in search of a unique and heartfelt getaway.

Great location, especially if you are visiting this area for the first time, just a short walk away from the town center. We certainly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Service is very good; staff are courteous, very kind and caring. Rooms are specious, clean and well maintained. We also enjoyed the hot tub and jacuzzi in the room.
Included breakfast has everything you need and more. Bottles of free waters in the room were a nice touch. The rooftop area is perfect for taking photos at sunrise of the balloons and for watching the sunset. On our departure they arranged for us a luxury airport shuttle for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended A+

The best hotel in Goreme! It's just 3 mins walk from the center, located in a quiet street. The view is more than amazing!!! In the morning you can watch the baloons from the balcony. The room we stayed in was an authentic pigeon house. One baloon was so close to our window that we could wave to the people in the baloon. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant with amazing food and also a rooftop bar with great cocktails. If I go to Cappadocia again I will definitely stay in this hotel!

The hotel room and view were fantastic, offering a delightful experience. However, the staff's lack of cooperation was disappointing. While the breakfast was enjoyable. There was a good variety of options to choose from, and the food was tasty and satisfying. It provided a good start to the day. I noticed that the kitchen area didn't appear to be well-maintained. This was a letdown as cleanliness and hygiene are essential, especially in a food preparation area.
