Great hotel, we stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. The rooms are naturally cooled and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is delicious and the view from the terrace is amazing. Also a great spot to view the hundreds of balloons in the morning. Location is good, quiet yet close to all restaurants and activities in the neighbourhood. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I was lost in Uçhisar (female solo traveller) and was pointed toward this hotel, where the owner gave me orange juice, cake, access to the bathrooms and gave me a printout of where to go and how to get there. He was very professional and friendly, especially given I wasn’t even a customer of the establishment! Grateful for the help I received and would definitely recommend this hotel - the facilities were great and I got a peek into one of the rooms, just beautiful!

Everything is exceptional in this hotel. It suited all our requirements: very nice and attending staff, nice pool, great breakfast, terrace with open and beautiful view. Moreover, if you can manage to wake up at 5.30, you can even see the baloons from your room. We loved this hotel and will definetely come back.

If you’re looking for the perfect Cappadocia experience, lodging is likely on your list. I am so happy I booked my stay here. The breakfast was amazing and the view in the morning unbeatable. Mehmet and Etem on the staff were both extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help make our visit even more perfect. If you need restaurant recommendations, book car transportation or excursions…they did not miss a beat. With confidence, I know you’ll have an amazing time at this place. I want to go back!

Our room and the balcony had amazing view. You just wake up and see whole valley full of hot balloons.
The accessories in the bathroom were a bit out of order such as shower and towel hangers etc.
There were bed smell from drains in the bathroom.
The stuff was very helpful, kind and friendly. Kazim is a perfect host we liked.
The breakfast was well enough you have it in the terrace with amazing view
Over all it is ok.

Stayed at Lale Saray Hotel with my family for two days. The hospitality was amazing and the space was clean and pristine. The restaurant has an amazing view overlooking the valley and if you wake up early enough you can view the hot air balloons take off for their trip. Would highly recommend the hotel for families and couples.
