Overall an average very budget hotel - we had a great time but would prefer to see improvements before we book again Pros: - staff who were very attentive especially at meals and friendly. - decent variety and tasty food served during our stay. - location to the ski slopes and cafe was also good- right outside so you dont have to walk far to enjoy the snow - lounge has nice views and is comfortable Not great: - quality of the beds- we found them to be too hard and uncomfortable for both adults and children, resulting in poor sleep - size of the rooms - very small and cramped especially the triple and quadruple rooms - generally old furnishings and facilities like TV, so nothing special - no bath tubs which would be welcome especially after a long day outdoors - no elevator and the only double room was on the second floor - no shuttles offered from city/teleferik - this would have been good - limited drink options- no cappuccinos offered, only instant coffee - not acceptable. juice served at breakfast was of a poor quality Wrote to the manager but havent heard back! Note the hotel is located quite far up - best taken with teleferik (cable car).
