Parking the car was a total disaster.
If you don't give your car to the staff (vale), which of course needs money for this service, you need to park the car in the car park by yourself. That is still fine.

However, they don't allow you to use the shortcut within the building to reach your room. Instead, you must walk back around the hotel and go to the main gate again.
Instead, they could adjust this gate to guests very easily.
The real scary thing happened after I still decided to park it myself.
1) I parked it, and the staff member who gave all this info in the hotel reception came to the garage with his special shortcut and told me that I should park somewhere away, which was watery, and it was easy to see the leakage from the ceilings. By the way, it was a wedding car.. Imagine I am still trying to protect the car with the flowers on it.
2) Anyway, I didn't want any problems with this special night. I accepted it. I parked it at the place he suggested. Then a security officer came and told me I could not park there, that it belonged elsewhere, etc. I was shocked.
3) I tried to explain the situation. Then I parked the car where I tried to park in the first place, in this very small, weird parking area.
4) As I was leaving the car, the same hotel staff member came with a very posh car to park and yelled at me, 'Why did you park here, etc.? Didn't I tell you etc etc!'
5) I did my best to explain.. Imagine I am still in my wedding suit with a wedding car. LUCKILY, he said, 'Ok, fine!' and tried looking for somewhere to park.
After all, I walked back around the hotel to my room at night while trying to calm myself.
It was the worst possible experience I can imagine. Thanks for that..

I recently stayed in a deluxe room at Divan Hotel Bursa, located in front of the pool area with a supposed garden view. Unfortunately, there is no actual garden, just a small open area with some artificial plastic plants. The lack of privacy is notable, as you can see into other rooms from this area.

Upon arrival, I realized the hotel does not match the pictures online. The staff were unwelcoming, displaying cold faces without smiles or friendly gestures. The overall vibe of the hotel is dated, reminiscent of the 80s with its red carpeting and wooden decor. The furniture and interior are outdated and not well-maintained.

Room service was subpar. They consistently forgot to refill water and replace clean towels. Additionally, the food I ordered was disappointing. The burger I received was cold and tasteless, leading me to throw it away after just two bites.

Considering the cost per night, this hotel does not justify its price. I would not recommend it and suggest spending your money on a well-known 5-star chain instead. In my opinion, this hotel deserves no more than a 3-star rating.

I forgot to mention that there are a lot of ants 🐜 near the bedside table. I discovered that on my last day.

Shame on. I don’t know how you’ve achieved to be a 4star hotel. This morning hotel refused to check in my Mom with two kids after they arrived from a different province..and the hotel wouldn’t accept identifications from outside of province..? Now that’s clearly not the reason. Also do you always treat customers like this? People shouldn’t choice this hotel if they wanna be solid with their bookings in advance because if you look different you might very well not check in!!
