Very nice rooms and also very spacious, only bad thing is the beds are a little hard but what do you expect from a hotel room bed!
very nice property in the heart of downtown. if you're going thru Amarillo i recommend you stay downtown. that is if you like a vibrant nightlife?
This is a really nice hotel. It's very clean and everything is very nicely set up. The rooms are big, clean and nice. The staff was very nice and helpful.
This hotel rooms have the best views in Amarillo. Check in is always simple and fast. Free covered parking. Comfortable beds. Easy access to some of Amarillo best resturants.
Nucely appointed and comfortable room after it warmed up. Older building, and my room had two walls of windows so it was chilly. Bistro in lobby was convenient, garage parking is free. Pleasant and accommodating staff.
I love love love this hotel. Amazing staff, love the location, clean and beautiful! Recommend it highly!

Great room, stopped by passing through. pet friendly. The bathroom in the suite was awesome, the staff was awesome, my son took his first steps in the suite, safe to say its a great place to stay, the beds were nice, the room was clean, the breakfast wasn't too bad
They have the best breakfast and coffee at this Hampton!! You can tell the breakfast staff puts a lot of love into it. I have been traveling for work and this hotel has been my best stay. Clean and comfortable. Staff is very polite and welcoming.
This is now our goto hotel when we travel. A little more expensive than Best Western Plus or Holiday Express but the breakfast included with your price is worth it and the hotel is super clean, rooms are good size, and the front desk service was excellent. Great experience
Outstanding stay! Beds were really comfortable. Pillows were perfect. Hot water hot and quality bathing products. Very clean establishment. Management was very professional and welcoming. Walked to the Big Texan Steakhouse which was another awesome experience! Hope to come back after travelling the world...
My husband and I love the Hampton Inn chain. They are usually a great value overall. These hotels are usually clean and well-maintained, dog-friendly, and have free breakfast and free parking. This one was no exception.

The Hotel is pretty new and the room really nice. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast standard for this type of hotel. The food at the restaurant was good.
The lady at the desk was nice but that was as far as this place goes. The walls were filthy, the bathroom had mold, and one door looked like it was stabbed. Not worth the price.
Ah well. I was pointed this way when my truck took a dump. I heard there was some long term residents as well as local characters cruising about. I really just wanted a bed and a locked door. I heard there's a tv. I saw it but it's not really my thing. Its about the same as Holiday Inn but definitely a better value price wise. If you don't need all the branding and special pens and organic soaps...
Interesting place. The first couple of nights not sure about the front desk. Rooms need much updating. A little to much suspicious people walking about trying to make deals with people. Car were safe an love the Old Texas Character the building had. Free Breakfast was awesome! Nice good family environment. Great price. Nice pool area an arcade. Plenty of Room to host banquets family events...
Check in with Chris and enjoy your stay. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, hot breakfast, comfortable beds and plenty of space. The indoor pool 🏊 will keep the sun ☀️ from draining you here.
My husband and I had a very nice stay. I had read the reviews on here and was slightly concerned as My mom had made the reservation for us. I was pleasantly surprised to find that while somethings are true, many aren't. At least not for me. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the hot tub was hot.

Very convenient location overall. The social event I attended (of about 26 people) was given a room at a reasonable price. We did face minor problems, but eventually the staff was able to help us. The hotel itself was also very clean and prettily decorated. I would recommend to those looking for a place to host a small gathering.
Nice rooms and they are very clean. I stayed here twice and I was pleased with both visits. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were clean.
This location is proudly sponsored by Ferring Pharmaceuitcals and it's commitment to Marriott elite members.
Can't believe they charge you 9 bucks for a crappy buffet breakfast every other hotel gives for free. Totally not worth it.
The breakfast lady is the nicest person you'll ever meet. She works her butt to feed you even when you're half awake and starving.

Let's get right to the point--the beds. The frame to hold the mattress is warped so when you sit down the mattress moves and you feel unsteady as you sink on to the bed. The bath tub was to dirty to take a bath. The towels, however, are of top quality. The coffee pot had dried coffee in it. There was a used spoon on top of the coffee bags. While I was walking to the car I noticed the maid talking...
This hotel is an above average Choice hotel. The customer service is on point. The parking lot was free of debris and well kept. The room was clean and comfortable. GREAT PILLOWS! The bed was comfortable. I felt safe parking my jeep in front of my room. The breakfast was minimal compared to other Choice* Hotels. The pool is indoor and year round. The bathtub could use a little cosmetic work but,I will...
The rooms were a bit older, there was no towels in the room and some stuff left behind by the maid or guest. Some lights did not work. But for the price I can't complain too much. Their breakfast was typical continental with the hot waffle. The man tending the desk and breakfast area was fantastic!
Great location for colorado bound trips. Hotel rooms are clean. I have stayed multiple times here- no complaints. Only thing I would suggest to improve is the breakfast. At 8.30, most of the things are out of stock.
For the price and it's class, it's a very nice option. Very affordable and very friendly service. Room was clean and smelled nice. I am happy the way they accommodated our two toddlers. I will use them again during our travels.
Awesome customer service. Actual real breakfast (real eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, biscuits and juice/coffee). Beds firm and clean. Nice rooms. Recommend highly!!

It's definitely improved from a few years ago. The rooms aren't super fancy or anything, but they have what you need. It used to be known as a huge drug spot and there are still questionable characters around, but it's over all improved. You can definitely find better places to stay though.
Above and beyond our expectations. Four and a half stars. We drove all up and down the frontage roads of Amarillo trying to find a room after midnight on a Saturday night. A very nice lady at the red roof inn pointed us toward the executive inn because it was within our budget. Usually you get what you pay for, but in this case we got a little bit more and it was a pleasant surprise.. It was a very...
It's a good place but in need of some updates in some of the rooms. Need more then one handicap accessible room. One just isn't enough
Finding a place to lay your head at midnight can be pain. They were nice and the rooms were very clean. Now the bed was on a whole other level.... It was like sleeping on a firm cloud and the sheets had the fresh dryer feel and smell. Would defiantly recommend if passing through Amarillo.
Rooms clean. Nice court yard with a small bubbling fountain. Quiet - no road noise. Full size refrigerator. Also had a small stove and microwave. No plates, utensils, etc; however.
For a $46 motel room, this was just fine. Our rooms had full kitchens and were not that bad. The carpet was a bit questionable but looked fine. There was a relatively clean shower and vanity. Not a luxury hotel, but you get what you pay for. Oh yeah, someone left us some oatmeal cream pies...

Great friendly check in. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Floor in our room was linoleum- which in my opinion is much more hygienic than carpet. Shower water pressure was good and the temperature was consistent throughout my time using it. Breakfast was good. It included eggs, yogurt, breads, cereals, eggs and waffels. Coffee and juice available 24hrs. We found this to be an excellent choice.
After a mix up with the OYO next door we booked the Baymont last minute. They had a room luckily. Check in clerk was very friendly and helpful. Got to our room and yes it's a little tatty around the edges but it was clean. Beds had clean sheets and were comfortable. Overall I'm not complaining. Would recommend if you're having a one night stop over.
Came here because it was pet friendly but didn't know until I arrived that they charge a $15/night pet fee. Nice enough hotel (King bed was very high off the ground, toilet ran for an exorbitantly long time), super friendly staff, but the breakfast was meh. I was hitting the road very early and just wanted some quick hard-boiled eggs and coffee, but the only hot option was scrambled eggs and various...
Decent place. The AC was quite and they had peanut butter to go with the waffles for breakfast. They also had two waffle makers! Way to serve your customers.
I really enjoyed our experience. The place was very clean and the owner/manager, Mr. Patel, was very polite and helpful. It's a nice and quiet environment with a good breakfast spread in the morning from 6am-9am. If I'm ever traveling through again, I will stop there for my rest destination.
By far, a wonderful place to stay. Two people made me feel welcome and appreciated, particularly Chinnette who not only made necessary adjustments to my stay but she also followed-up in the changes. This is most impressive since customer service and personal interaction is dwindling away from civilization. Thanks to her and Baymont for maintaining an EXCEPTIONAL level of integrity!!!!
The bed wasn’t comfortable. The smell of marijuana was strong in the room for a period of time; the housekeeper came in and said she couldn’t smell it. 🤦🏻‍♀️ The curtains didn’t cover the window well enough to block out the light from the parking lot. People smoke in an area right outside a hotel door then come inside and the smoke follows them inside. No space to store or hang things in the bathroom...

Always enjoy this Spring Hill location. Staff always so friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and so comfy. Love the bar. Great to have a cocktail after a long day of driving. This was my 5th stay at this location in Amarillo. Have also enjoyed Spring Hill Suites in New Mexico and Virginia. Always the best stay.
I stayed here on 1/23-25/2023. The rooms are large and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel seemed in good condition. Parking lot can use some work. Parking lot gives the impression that the hotel isn't kept up, but don't let that fool you. Hopefully, when the weather improves, the hotel can renovate the parking lot. Parking lot is the reason for only 4 stars. Lots of restaurants nearby...
We stayed for one night. The rooms were neat and comfortable. We reserved rooms under my husband’s name. The receptionist (with curly short hair) who helped us check in was rude and looked like she was having a bad day. For the money the extended stay rooms are great. Best I have seen for the money. Full size refrigerator, sink with garage disposal, full size dishwasher, built in dining table/desk (would be nice to have an actual separate desk), nice full size bathroom, 6ft. wide closet with one door set to one end (would be much better access if door was centered or pair of sliding or bi-fold doors), good beds, good...
Check in and out was easy. Room size was great and the price was right we had a whole kitchenette in our room with dishes and a stove, it was awesome.
I gave this place three stars because our room needed some serious maintenance. All of the light fixtures in the room had at least one light bulb out. Really added a creepy vibe. The TV remote was backless and we had to hand-press in the batteries while we used it. The tub's porcelain was cracking and chipped in several places. Walls throughout the room had large cracks and chips. Otherwise, the room...
We were stuck in Amarillo for the Labor Day weekend, waiting for a tire shop to open, that had one specialty tire in stock. YAY Discount Tire! Good price, spacious room, has small kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven, bed is comfortable, and very clean. Only thing is have to buy drinking water for a dollar.

This hotel was beautifully decorated, especially the entrance, lobby and bar areas, with a clear Texas theme. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Parking was good.
Good and clean rooms. The food there is actually pretty good. The bar also has a pretty good happy hour. I would definitely stay here again. They don't have a water slide as some the pictures have it. I'm guessing they took it out. Sad.
Bed was not firm enough to be firm, or soft enough to be soft. The floor might have been better. Otherwise, the room and service were great!
I didn't use the pool or gym or anything; just slept here. But I was impressed with the room and the staff was friendly and helpful. I've also been inside several times while charging my Tesla, and they've always been great.
Great hotel! Pictures looked pretty good but I didn't feel absolutely certain based on pictures alone. It's nicer than it appeared to me as far as that goes. Very clean and comfortable. Bath tub in our room was very nice and a welcome surprise as I thought they only had showers at this location. Microwave, mini fridge and Keurig in the room. Nice selection of coffee and tea as well. Overall it was ok. Room was clean and breakfast was good. I liked the chocolate waffles. Only downside was the room didn't have any kleenex (looked like the maids forgot to refill). Also the walls were pretty poor sound insulators, so that made it loud when people went in and out of their rooms in the morning. That in combination with the maids starting to work the rooms pretty early (before 8am) made...
Door sticking hard to open, bathroom door will not close hitting floor. Drain on tub broken. Indoor pool and hot tub are closed. Hotel needs lots of maintenance. But the breakfast was very good staff member Shy was nice and helpful(thank you Shy)
Clean, with great helpful staff. Great beds. Good breakfast. Really sweet staff in all areas. Reflects well on their management. Better than more expensive options. Will stay here again!
Service was nice and rooms were clean but I got to say that the bath tub jacuzzi had mold in the places where the air comes out. Not sanitary what so ever. This was my first time at a Hampton. Overall the rest of the room was fabulous.
Overall, our stay was great. The front desk attendant was very busy when we arrived and seemed like he could have benefitted from an additional worker. The pool was green and murky. We couldn’t see more than a foot down. But the room was clean, the staff were kind and helpful, and the free breakfast was great.
No microwave in room. Had to use one in lobby. Fitness center has no free wts, only 2 cardio machines basically. Slow in replenishing breakfast items and would run out. Desk staff friendly.

Very clean and helpful! We just needed a place to get some sleep before finishing our trip back home! We had a great meal, across the street, and slept peacefully! Loved the 12 noon checkout time!
Of all the Holiday Inn Expresses we stayed in during our trip-this was, by far, the best one. Very clean-new-neat-modern-everything worked-staff was nice. Profressional. Would highly recommend this one. Only con was that it was close to Rte 40 so was a bit noisy at times but that is not their fault. Restaurants nearby that can be walked to was a big plus as well. Would definitely stay there again
Good price, very clean, freshly decorated, comfortable beds but sound like people were running up and down halls all night and all night it sounded like the door handle to our door was being jiggled like someone was trying to quietly come in but checked and no one was anywhere around. That was creepy. Thin walls and noisy.
Clean, comfortable with great amenities. Breakfast served warm with good array of choices. I would give it 5 stars but for the hot water. Water for shower was not hot enough. My kids had to take lukewarm showers and were cold and shivering when done.
It's always a nice place to stay. They recently remodeled. They have a good assortment for breakfast. They had cookies for the guest in the afternoon/evening when we checked in. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

I get that the Frills are supposed to be missing from Motel 6 establishments thereby allowing them to charge a very reasonable nightly rate. But I'm telling you, they need to be clean and in order. We have had to stay in Motel 6s because all the LaQuintas that used to not charge for dogs are now starting to charge. Thankfully Motel 6 does not charge, yet, anyway. If it were not for the dog situation...
Room was clean. Clerk was friendly. I was not a fan of the microfiber washcloths.☹️ Everything else was fine. Location was great since it was on a frontage road running adjacent to the interstate. Easy on and off.
It's a Motel 6. This means it's perfect if you're looking for a cheap place to get a night's sleep while you're on the go. If you're asking anything more from a hotel / motel then you're looking in the wrong place. The only annoying thing was the pillows on my bed were small and square and too small. Service was excellent. Everyone I came into was very positive and professional. Location was okay. Other than a BW next door or Dennys across busy road food was a distance away if you don't have a car. The room was the issue. We've stayed at this Fairfield many times over the past few years along with our small dog. The hotel is in a great location with gas and food nearby...across the street in fact. Wow, this place is a lot better than what I’m used to! The room is HUGE! It has TWO TVs and almost a second room thing. You can even stream Netflix and Hulu here. Always great service, folks are welcoming and friendly. I've got some of my best sleep there, beds are comfortable and room is always clean. I will say with having Nick there I never worry about my stay. Thanks for your amazing staff and down home feeling.
The staff, Crystal in particular at the front desk was friendly and efficient. My room was clean and had the usual amenities . Breakfast was a little more than expected. It was a real breakfast, not continental style. I would highly recommend this hotel for a good price and a quiet nights sleep. Thank you.
Fine place for a quick overnight before an early flight, but I wouldn't stay here for more than that. The rooms are pretty dated, carpet felt greasy, bathroom had spots of mold and the beds aren't comfortable. Will do the trick for a cheap overnight, but that's it.
Ashmore Inn is the best value for price ever. Clean, clean, clean. A little dated, yes. Very well taken care of and clean. Towels, beds clean!! Favorite hotel ever. Stayed in Lubbock, TX for last five nights and in Amarillo tonight! Management and employees are awesome. If you need something, ASK!

The room was a little dated and had a smell of really strong lotion or cleaning supplies. However the bed was super comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly, so it's easy to overlook an older facility. I'd stay again if I were in Amarillo again.
This was a very nice hotel especially for the fee. We used our reward points from aarp and got a great discount. Had a great continental breakfast in the a. And a great view. They're also pet friendly. Which was important. Nicest hotel out of all of our stops across country from Houston tx to Grant's Pass Oregon
We stay all over the U.S. in all sorts of hotels but this one is by far one of the best! The rooms were clean and roomy. Desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance are all super people! Polite, willing to go the extra mile to make your stay great. GREAT BREAKFAST! SUPER PET FRIENDLY
Friendliest staff ever! Well maintained and clean. It’s an older hotel but it seems very loved. Five stars for the price and better than your average road side hotel. Tiny rooms but the price and service makes up for it. Don’t stay here for a vacation due to small rooms but it’s a perfect overnight or weekend stop.
Cheaper than other nearby options and totally tolerable. Also much better than the Days Inn I stayed at the following night in Jackson, Tennessee.

Thank you for making our stay comfortable during a tough time. Beds were great! Snacks were a nice touch. Full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, coffee pot , couch, and how the room was laid out made our 4 night stay feel more like being at home than in a hotel. Thank you Shara!
